Mark Christopherson was easy to work with, and found just what we wanted. After deciding to buy, the finance and paperwork went smoothly. All warranty and extended warranty was explained well. Vehicle features were explained also. Just made the car shopping experience so much less stressful than normal!

We purchased a used vehicle through Dave Syverson Auto for our daughter. We saw the car on the internet, called and spoke with Mark. We were traveling from Waukon IA so we wanted to make sure the car was worth making the drive, we had learned that pictures can be deceiving from previous visits to other dealerships. Mark took the time to go out to the lot verify the condition of the car, that it had not been smoked in and then called us back. When we got there, everyone was very friendly and even though Mark was working with another client he made sure we were helped and able to take the car for a test drive. After the sale, we received follow calls from the dealership to make sure we were happy with the car and that there were no issues. The dealership was also unable to get the extra set of keys from the previous owner so they had us order a new key at our local dealership and reimbursed us for the cost. Overall it was great experience and they customer service was excellent.

We heard good things about Dave Syversons dealership. They had a used Nissan we were interested in so we went to check it out and came home with it. Great customer service!
