2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude

Great experience at Syversons! Everyone was great to work with, kind and accommodating. Kerby and Robyn answered tons of questions I had leading up to the purchase and Brandon and Jake helped me with all my questions the day of the purchase. Jake also helped me get everything set up in my car and assisted with ordering extras as well. They were all able to get me great rebates as well as a great trade in value. Also the finance manager, Jake, helped me with all my questions on financing and gave me a great interest rate. Very happy with my new purchase:) Thank you! -Kristen Leonhardi

Cant get it right the first time!

Had to fill out paperwork twice cause it wasn't right. Call me back for a deposit they didnt collect the 2 times I was in and asked about it.

Very patient

I was coming to Albert Lea from out of town and the associates waited for me to get there and test drive the car. They were very kind and made the process very easy!

Extra ins

Didn't back up the damage coverage.Had to pay it myself paid 500.00 dallas for nothing I had 200.00 dallas at the end of lease they never paid from the extra ins.I had to pay it myself.

helping me out a loooong way from home

Recently traveled across the US from Toronto, and had truck troubles on a 2016 F 150 almost immediately after I left home. Made it as far as Syverson Ford and called for some help, and was brought right in. Unfortunately at the time it was in the shop, the issue with the stalling and rough idling wasn't happening, BUT it hasn't happened in the 5 weeks since then either. The crew checked over what they could, and were quite honest about what they found and did not recommend me for any repairs at that time. Being where I was from and the situation they could have easily gone a less than ethical route and recommended a pile of parts and labor, but I am thankful they were professional and did the right thing. Car repair shops have been accused in the past of shady practices, nothing like that going on here. Sales staff even provided balloons and toys for the 2 year old with me to keep him entertained while we waited!
