awesome sales man!

My fincee and I couldn't be happier with our purchase! Mr. Art was very good to us. He is a great negotiator. And his sense of humor is the best! Next vehicle we purchased will be from him for sure.

Best Dealership

I went to look at a specific car, and Vernon Davis was my sales rep. He was wonderful and very informative. He added a personal touch by talking about hiself and family. He made me feel like family versus a typical cars salesman looking for his commission. The entire staff at GwinnettPlace Nissan was friendly. The whole process took only a couple hours and I was riding home with my new car. I will use them in the future.

Art Marbury

I have bought approximately 16 vehicles(work and personal) from Art in the past 15 or so years. There is a reason for that. The personal service and satisfaction is beyond what I ever received anywhere else. The service department has always been on the top of it's game and timely when I've needed an oil change or other services. Thanks for being there.

Vernon Davis and the business staff at Gwinnett Place Nissan (Duluth, GA) were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were quickly able to find the type of car I wanted, and with suitable features. And the business staff helped me through the lengthy process in a streamlined fashion.

Gwinnett Place Nissan: Good, Solid, Reliable.

We have purchased several vehicles from Gwinnett Place Nissan over the years. It's a family atmosphere there. We always work with Art Marbury in the sales department. Art is a pleasure to work with. He helps us throughout the entire process; from test driving the vehicles of our choice, to making sure we understand the vehicle, and through the actual purchasing of the car. Art always makes sure we understand all the features the car has to offer before leaving the dealership and offers his assistance going forward after the sale. Just as we have many times before, we will be back to see Art and Gwinnett Place Nissan when the time comes to purchase our next vehicle.

New Car Purchase - 370Z

Great dealership to do business with. Very customer service oriented. My sales associate, Chris Ruf, was great - personable, knowledgeable about the vehicle, easy to work with. Took the time to explain and answer every question I had. Would definitely work with Chris and Gwinnett Place again, and refer them both to everyone I know. Great car too!!

I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. On...

I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. On top of the service director, Jimmy Clarke being a xxxxx, most if not all of the service advisors are either clueless or extremely rude. You WILL wait forever and a day regardless of if you have an appointment. Their communication is extremely poor. The prices are outrageous, they will slap you with hidden "shop charges and disposal fees." At which those can sometime reach over $50 of your bill. I was very displeased with this facility and will not be returning.

I felt important. I was greeted from the parking lot into the dealership. My salesman, Glen Bland was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Salvador in finance was very determined to get me financed. I had a very good experience at Gwinett Nissian. Thanks to the staff.

Nice service area

I really enjoy the openness of the service area. They try to give you all the answers as they know then and walk you through what they are doing to the car. I trust their staff and always come here for my service repair needs.
