JC was the service rep who provided assistance.

JC was the service rep who provided assistance. He was very professional. The morning was busy however, I felt as though attention was provided to my service request with patience and kindness. I hit something in the highway and destroyed a new tire on my new (2024) truck. Thanks for good customer service.

I enjoyed purchasing my Hyundai Palisade from Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest. The sales representative who assisted me, Jordan Wyble, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and assisted me with some of the electronics setup as well. Great staff and great service!
