Ziegler has very professional staff. They made me feel welcomed and made sure all of my questions were answered. The team works together to insure each individual has an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Steve sold me my car. He sat with me and showed me models within my budget and ran numbers with me. We did a test as well. He is very friendly and courteous. Allen is who I worked with to sign my paperwork. He is organized and efficient. I could tell he cared about me as a person and he did not treat me like just a another sale. It is apparent the employees at Ziegler truly enjoy their jobs. I 10/10 recommend the Ziegler dealership.

Traverse purchase
Just traded in my mom mobile minivan. I test drove an explorer and hated it, but saw a traverse they had. We loved it. They detailed it for us and filled the tank. Didn’t have floor mats so they gave us weather tech mats. Really friendly and accommodating. Even let my preteen borrow a phone charger :)

They charged me $130 for service work that only took them...
They charged me $130 for service work that only took them 3 minutes. They lied and said it would take a whole hour almost because they had to do programming.

Painless experience!
Bill Rackley was my salesman and guided me through this purchase. He made it very easy and being pre-qualified made the process go smooth and quick. I am very excited about my newer car and I am sure I will be driving it for many years. The only thing that disappointed me was the vehicle wasn’t very clean on the inside and there wasn’t much gas. I would definitely recommend Bill to any of my friends searching for a car.

Very pleasant experience
I hate car shopping, they all made this a pleasant experience. I found the truck online spoke with Nancy and started the whole process before I got there. Meet with Virginia when I arrived, I was in and out in about an hour and a half including a test drive. Excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend.

They Damaged my car and will not repair!!!!!
I brought my car in for repair of my gas cap. They damage the outside paint. They felt bad and stated I would get a call back with a time and date to take my Jeep to get fixed. Guess what NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!!. I just contacted them to have it fix. The Manager states since been some time that they scratched and ruined the piece by the gas cap. they will not fix. They do not stand by their word to fix or repair what they have broke. Going to spread the work. Other dealerships I have gone to that are closer have way better customer service!!! And are good to their word.

Great transaction
