I asked for a photo of the VIN plate and it was not provided. Their descriptions had 2 VINs in it - NEITHER were correct.

They sold me a car that just after a couple of months has gave me some problems already.I had to spend money and waste time to take it to fix it.New batteries, new filters.One day did not started and I had called the dealer and they say will call me back after consulting with the manager...they never did.They told me the car was in great condition and certified..really?so disappointed. I recommend to check the reviews so u dont have to go through the same s..I had to.They say is a family business...I dont believe it.They take your money and bye.If I had read the reviews first I wouldn't go there...naive.

Buyers beware. Especially those using third-party apps to check the inventory of this establishment like CarGurus, etc. I requested an appointment for a specific vehicle. Had both the third-party app and the company itself confirm availability of the specific vehicle. Called ahead and confirmed an appointment for that specific vehicle. Then even called on the day of the reservation to confirm again. They assured me everything was good to go. I arrived and they did not have my vehicle on the lot or in their possession at all. And the rest of their “online inventory” of the specific make and model I was looking for was all fake as well. The establishment is the definition of “just trying to get the clients through the front door and deal with it later”.

Was inquiring about a car they had and about 2 days of back and forth, then just ghosted me. If the deal is not there or if the car sold fine but tell me. Still have no idea what happened even after emailing them. Terrible customer service.
