Was inquiring about a car they had and about 2 days of back and forth, then just ghosted me. If the deal is not there or if the car sold fine but tell me. Still have no idea what happened even after emailing them. Terrible customer service.

Unfortunately they don’t answer my questions. Can’t reach anyone on phone. I tried several times. No one calls back

Called them several times on their phone number but the phone got slammed on the hook right away like they don't wanna be bothered. Every time the same thing. Never got through! They orobably are getring tired of their own lies.

I was interested buy 2018 Honda Hrv and call to Ferco Motors find did car is available, and lady inform me yes it's available. Then 30 minutes later when I wanted make appointment for test driving other person inform me car was sold. I don't know who right who wrong but car shows on internet sides avaliable for sale. My opinion Ferco Motors it's not reliable company.

I asked them for the out of door price for a car I was interested in and they never answered.
