They leave a price for a car that seems to good to be true. I call to see what is wrong with the car to have it at such a low value. They promise that... the listed price is the actual price of the car and that it runs fine. I explain I live and work an hour away from them and will like to visit them before they close. They tell me they’d be looking forward to seeing me. All seems well. I leave at 5:45 pm and due to Miami traffic I arrive at 7:10. I walk around and the janitor guy grabs a salesman for me. The visit was real quick. The car I was interested in is not available anymore even though I called to check before making the long trip out. I should have been furious but chose not to be. I quickly pulled up another car on their app, then comes the surprise. There are dealer fees that are more than twice the price of the car value that they fail to mention in their ads or over the phone. I explain that I called ahead and mentioned how far away I live and they didn’t care. I explained how I was looking to buy a car that day and then he threw a high number at me as the minimum. They were probably hoping to squeeze the extra thousands outta me since I was already there as a tactic that works on the naive or passive. Typical shady Miami business that doesn’t know how to serve clientele. I hope they read this and change their ways because if they don’t, then there’s no reason to recommend them to anyone. They could’ve handled my situation better and communicated better with me before I made the long trip there but I’m all too familiar with how people in Miami conduct business. Shameful and disgraceful.
I had a great experience. They have great prices combined with great service. For my future cars I will make sure that I check them out first. Very friendly... people.

So we knew we were buying a bit of a fixer upper but we had no idea it had a busted transmission pipe our bad for not bringing a mechanic, I guess, but... what was replaced before buying it was a sensor for the truck as my father mentioned a high idling rpm. The replacement ferco added was the wrong one and caused even more damage to the truck, BUT AT LEAST IT STOPPED IDLING ON HIGH RPM. Not only that but part of the agreement was that it would be paid for a flat 6k including tax tag and title as a verbal agreement the original offer price was reduced to the 6k. However without any prior notification we're we told that they only cover transfers and not renewals and would still need to pay for the tag. Even when the representative, Raphael, assured me that as long as we would take it that day all we would pay is 6k. He had specifically asked, over text message, which I would be doing new or transfer and still no indication was made that I would be paying anything until either way. Raphael insists that because this is how he does other customers that he must have informed me but the two people that were with me that day and myself can all agree no such term was discussed. Whenever I followed up about any of these issues I got a half assed apology and basically a sentiment of "I can't do anything about that" once they have your payment they don't care about anything else.
They were nice because they knew they were selling me a nightmare BMW car with computer problems, since June I got the car went to repairs twice and they... found many things, already spent more than 2 thousand dollars... The warranty they sold me didn't work for me. Doesn't cover electronics etc etc etc A NIGHTMARE I paid very expensive for a piece of yunk and they knew because I went back twice showing the failures. They minimized the cars failures

Roger was excellent. If i could give him more stars i would. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. he greeted us very nicely and took care... of us and helped us get what we wanted , The finance guy rey was nice too. He was dealing with difficult people like myself and still had patience. So thank you ferco motors and all there staff !!!

My mom's car was totaled after 3 weeks without a car we decided to stop renting since the guy's insurance company was giving us the run around. She decided... she didn't want to buy a new car, so used car it was. And since we didn't have a lot of money since the issue isn't resolved our best bet was to find a used car in good condition. I was getting scared with the ones people were offering her through her friends. Anyways, I went online and found a car from this dealer, checked the CarFax and decided to call and maybe see it in person. From the moment I called it's been a great experience. I spoke to Roger G (ha! sounds like the phrase "Roger that"). He was very welcoming and friendly so ended up going the same day. Checked out a few cars in the lot and I was in shock by how new the cars looked were even if they were used. I'm not used to getting used cars, so I was a bit nervous and was expecting the worst. But they pick out really good ones from wherever they get them and they price them lower than all the other used lots in the area. I picked out a car and they were upfront about the cost since I wanted to pay cash (all prices online are cash price everywhere btw/fyi). I met almost the whole office and they were nice to me and my mom. I decided to buy it the next day and as they were washing the car they heard a noise and the owner, Joaquin went above and beyond to take care of it without me even mentioning it. Right there I knew I had chosen the right place because it's shows they care about you and not about selling. I even went over the shop and was even more impressed with the condition of the car from under. Roger kept me updated for the two days (it was over the weekend) they even fixed the key that was loose and we closed the deal yesterday, Tuesday. I took the car to my shop this morning and the boys were really impressed with the condition and the price, so I'm now sending people over as a thank you. I feel extremely confident & happy with this purchase. Thank you guys!
