Absolute scammers.

Absolute scammers. They list cars that they don't actually have in stock, then tell you that "they just got sent to auction." Look through the reviews, they have been pulling this stunt for years. They should not be allowed to stay in business. Stay away, you have been warned.

liars, very dishonest people.

liars, very dishonest people. lied about the inventory available, went all the way to Flagler street in Miami 38 miles away, to waste my time. they end offering other car way over price. do NOT go there. take ur money somewhere else.....!

IF YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME VISIT THEM !

IF YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME VISIT THEM !!! If could not put a star I would have done it, I called and had David over the phone, I gave him 3 listed car to verify if available, he assure me they were available, so I went there and as soon as I set down they made me wait and another seller Gustavo, offered to make the necessary, he checked again and told me the cars are available, he went to his manager ( what he pretended) then came back and told me the cars were sent to auction!! I drove all the way for nothing. He strated offering me and showing me cars that were more expensive and higher mileage, I didn’t make any offer but asked him to make a deal on one of the one I saw. After coming Back home, he told me that the prices stay the same and we don’t make any discount, and better to pay there price then ory’s dealers, anyways the next day I asked my friend to call and ask for the cars I went to Check initially and guess what ! They said (David) YES PLS COME VISIT US, they are here… So unprofessional and time wasting of people, and there prices for the cars they have, they are way above Market price.

I want to begin by expressing how incredibly unprofessional this establishment was throughout my stay. I want to start by saying that even though all of the reviews before my visit were accurate, I still decided to take the chance and go in the hopes of forming my own opinion. I called the dealer to find out if the two automobiles I was interested in were still available before I came in. I spoke with Stewart and asked him to clarify whether the cars were there since I was leaving work and would be an hour away. Stewart "said" that one of the cars in which I was interested had been sold and that there was still one available. They have one more left in their stock. When I replied, "Great, I'll be on my way," he told me to ask for him and he will be there, which was untrue. As I arrived at the location, I was met with no one, so I contacted Stewart and introduced myself at the dealership. At this point, Stewart informed me that a salesperson would be helping me. I was waiting for someone to help me when a young man approached me and said that the car had been sold a few hours prior and If I would like to look at the current inventory. Since I made it very clear before I went an hour away to make sure the car was there, I told him that it was very rude and unprofessional to waste my time if I wanted to look around at their current inventory. It is difficult to support tiny businesses like this for this reason alone. This is an old salesman technique that has to be addressed because people do not have time to waste and this establishment's methods are shameful and embarrassing. Since this company operates dishonestly and with no ethics, please take your money elsewhere and save your time.

I researched 3 cars that were posted within my price

I researched 3 cars that were posted within my price range and specs on carfax. I called before driving to Miami. However, they assured me the cars were al there. However, when I arrived I was told the cars had a "0" which meant they weren't any good and were sent to auction. Orlando proceeded to show me a couple of other cars, both with much higher mileage. I drove one car and he quoted me a price. I stated that I intended to pay cash and my price point. He gave me a price and said he would see what I could get for my trade-in. The next day Orlando reached out to me and quoted me $3K+ more than originally quoted. Both my son and I were shocked as we made it clear the day before my price point. He stated that it didn't include all of the extra fees. He remarked that he thought I knew. The prior day I confirmed that the price he quoted was with everything as we went back to the office to crunch numbers. I told him I could not go that high. He then suggested a 14' with over 130k miles and then asked if I would be coming back to Miami after work to look at the car. I flatly refused. After reading several other reviews, and seeing that they have done this bait-and-switch to others is sad. All the cars isted that are not intended for sale should not be listed, as it is false. The customer has no way of knowing that it failed inspection, as it doesn't say that on the listing. Furthermore, I called about and wrote to FERCO for each car prior to driving nearly an hour south. Seriously disappointed and a waste of my time.

Orlando!

Orlando!!!, best salesman, didn’t come to buy just browse, left with the car I wanted in about an hour, not to diminish the other salesman , but Orlando took care of us from introduction to driving off the lot.
