Wonderful experience!
Wonderful experience! Our salesman Ricardo Magana was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made sure everything was working on our car before we left the dealership. It’s our daughter’s first car and we feel she has a good reliable vehicle.

The salesman, Jason, was courteous, knowledgeable and low
The salesman, Jason, was courteous, knowledgeable and low pressure. We literally bought the car (2014 Mazda 3 I Sport) in only a little over an hour, including the test drive. No high pressure tactics nor “upselling”. I highly recommend Cransh as well as Jason B.

I have purchased 4 cars from Cransh in the past 4 years -
I have purchased 4 cars from Cransh in the past 4 years - all were (and still are) good vehicles. No haggling over the price is good and bad - good because you know the price - bad because they are a little high on prices, but the cars have all been serviced as opposed to most used car lots which just clean them and sell them.

The response was very professional and courteous; however, they did not answer my question concerning price so i made an assumption. They wanted me to come to the dealership.

Good Experience!
We had a great experience at Cransh! Found the first car for our new teenage driver. Love their policy of preventative maintenance and getting those cars that already have some miles on them ready for more! The best part, a small problem popped up with the car after we took it home, and like a boss, they were on it and made it right! We have another teenager set to drive in 2 years and we will shop first at Cransh Auto! Ask for Jason! He was out point person and did a great job!

Cransh: Vehicles with Secrets You Discover Later
***Initial review: If you're in the market for a vehicle (by force), my heart goes out to you. This is not the economy to be buying a car in right now. Everything is inflated. So, when my insurance company took me hostage by totaling out my vehicle after a minor accident and taking it from me, I was thrust into this inflation hellscape with no negotiation and buying power. What's on the mainstream dealership lots is a joke, so don't even bother with them. That leaves private sellers and small auto dealers like Cransh Auto Sales. I have been to Cransh before and have been tempted to buy, during a better economy. However, in my current situation, Cransh was the solution to my problem. I'm not going to blow smoke and say it was a killer deal, because it wasn't. But I felt like it was the best deal in town, given the circumstances. It was fair. I bought a 2010 Acura RDX with 104K miles. It's a pretty solid vehicle. So I'm reviewing the buying experience with five stars: Ryan at Cransh is a good, honest guy. He's got a good vibe and so does the whole staff, frankly. I will extend my review after I put some miles on my vehicle, to test its lasting power after being with Cransh's mechanics. Nonetheless, your car-buying adventure should include a visit to Cransh Auto Sales. ***Update to my review 4/21/22: What I wrote above still applies, but now I'm providing the aftermath story of purchasing a vehicle from Cransh Auto Sales. After buying the 2010 Acura RDX, it had several problems. The heater didn't work, so they fixed that before we bought it. The left axle was leaking fluid, found after purchasing. They fixed that, sort of. The power steering pump was failing. The replaced it after I committed to paying $200 of the work. The axle seal started leaking again, which I later found out they installed it improperly. I live an hour away from Cransh, so incorporate that into the expenses that are now mounting. Recently, the AC stopped working. Instead of calling Cransh - clearly, I'm tired of them - I took it to my mechanic. So, $1,600 later, here's what was wrong and what I fixed: *Replaced the engine coolant thermostat *Coolant flush and new coolant *Power steering fluid flush and new fluid (which they should've done when they replaced the power steering pump, but they didn't) *Oil change (not an issue, regular maintenance) *Replaced the Climate Control Reman Compressor *Replaced the A/C Refrigerant Temperature Sensor As you can see, there was clearly a lot wrong the Acura. I feel like an absolute idiot for buying this vehicle. What was $12,000 has now become $14,000. A normal car dealership would've noticed these issues, fixed them, and then put the car on the lot for $14,000. The $12,000 was already at our price limit, so these additional costs come at a time when prices are already inflated--right along with Cransh's inflated selling price. My recommendation is to not buy from Cransh, unless you want some serious headaches. They sell their vehicles as-is for a reason. They don't want to put any money into their vehicles - except for the basics like brake pads - so they would rather pass that down to the unsuspected buyer. So, in this very challenging car market, I wish you all the best. It's tough out there.
