I purchased a vehicle from Elder Mitsubishi last Month and it was the best experience I had ever had at a dealership. My salesman (luis) was awesome. The management made my wife and I feel welcomed and we were approved in minutes, even though our credit wasn't that great. We had been to other dealers and had gotten turned down. my self and the children went into your dealer ship last weds. in hopes to buy a vehicle. we figured we would not be able to get one. Vince and Luis were helping us. They were so kind and thoughtful. never were we pushed to pick a vehicle and they explained everything very well. We ended up being able to purchase one. My husband was even shocked. He said how i am not sure I said but we did. Both Vince and Luis treated us like family. Everyone was so kind it was like old home week. The staff was exceptional and very professional. Hannah was terrific setting up my appoint with sales person Alondra Alonso. They texted me prior and followed up the day of my appointment. When I arrived, I received a very friendly greeting and amazing customer service from Alondra Alonso. Eventhough my situation was challenging, Scott & Alondra did a very good job of explaining my options and giving me choices. I even received a follow up call the next day from Alondra with more options to make my purchase. I definitely recommend Elder Mitsubishi.
