fallen on some hard times and was not sure how I would get to work, because my car was being repossessed. When i seen the Elder Mitsubishi commercial so I gave them a try. They were great and I got a new ride. Thank you

Outstanding Service and Sales Team

I was skeptical when I first got there. But everyone there was amazing. Alondra was my sales rep; she is AMAZING!!! I drove off with a brand new car, zero down.. They even reimbursed me for a new tire (less than 2wks) of getting my car. Personal text from Elder Mitshubishi in my Bday (wasn't automated; as I got a reply back ?)... I couldn't be happier to be a part of Elder Mitshubishi Family!! If you are looking for another vehicle, please go check them out!! They have awesome Used and New Vehicles.

Comfortable Setting

Being in the military ( for me now ex military) it is hard to find someone trustworthy at a dealership. Time was taken to answer every question I had, and I did not feel pressured in any way. These are things I appreciate when shopping for big ticket items. I will be returning here,and recommend other Veterans talk to Mr. Westcarth as well.

Everyone was wonderful. The service was better than 5 star.

I love how everyone worked as a team to help me in getting my vehicle. The building was clean and presentable. The staff seemed to enjoy helping everyone that came through to the dealer ship.

Awesome!

Best experience ever! Highly recommend Elder for new or used purchase. Have all already referred friends and family. My son and his wife bought one a couple days later.

First time buyer

It was a very smooth experience. Any questions I had were answered accordingly. I was worried about credit and the down payment but they were able to work with me. It was way eaiser than I had imagined.

Great service and care

Me and my wife were needing a ne family vehicle. My mother had just purchased a new vehicle from there so we decided to take a look for ourselves. Found one we really liked and talked to them about purchasing. They were extremely courteous and did everything in their power to get us into the vehicle. Will definitely recommend everyone to them and will definitely do business with them in the future

Outstanding Sales Person

I recommend Erica Vasquez to anyone who is considering buying a vehicle. I have purchased two vehicles from her. I was completely satisfied both times. She listens to what I ask for and tries very hard to meet my needs.

Finally - a dealer that cares

Bad experiences often cause one to over-exaggerate good ones that follow. And that may seem the case with my experience with Elder. But this reviewer has spent a lot of his spare time since 18 around cars and dealers, and still does. In fact, i just had a conversation with the only *other* Mitsubishi dealership in town about the value of the after-sales experience and Customer Care (which once more seems to have fallen on deaf ears). It's clear who the better one is to me now, and why Elder is very clearly wiping the floor with the competition - having only been in operation for less than a year. Elder seems to care about just that - the Experience. The care. Facilities aren't just built to use. It means something to have dedicated Service Department that customers can drive up to, whose sole task it is to keep the customer happy well after the sale. That's something Elder can truly capitalize on. Because no one these seems to really care about taking care of Mitsubishi owners around here. It speaks volumes when your dealer had enough good sense to invest in the brand and take care of it's customers. Not just the singular sale. I've worked with Erica Vasquez before. She sold me my first Lance Evolution a few years ago. (I now have two.). She didn't just sell me a car - she sold the experience: A dealer who cared about the customer and the brand. More than that, she drove (and still does) a Mitsubishi - and she loves her Evo to death. That's the kind of dealer anyone would buy from. A person who has a genuine passion and fire for what she sells, who she sells with, and who she sells to. That's the reason I'm making the switch to Elder. Cars don't sell themselves. And it makes total sense why Elder's tagline is "Dealer For The People". Because it matters making the person come before... And even as (or even more) importantly... After the sale.
