Extremely Happy/ Saleman Andrew Nell.

I bought a new vehicle on 1/12/2017 and couldn't be happier with my vehicle and the service I received. I went in and with Andrew and he gave me his undivided attention from start to finish within what I could put down and where I needed my payments to be. He was very courteous and professional as well as everyone else I spoke to from Bailey on my initial contact, to Andrew my salesman to Cory the finance officer. Extremely happy and will come back again. I highly recommend Dream Cars of Austin and sales rep Andrew Nell.

I went to dream cars cedar park and I loved their service. My salesman Mike Walls is a very nice, patient and knowledgeable person. We told him what vehicle we needed and the monthly payments we wanted and he came thru perfectly. He was very knowledgeable with all the cars I had questions with. We were in the market of car shopping for a couple of months! My boyfriend was on the internet and Dream Cars popped up, we took the drive to Cedar Park and meet with John Garrett! Dream Cars Rocks

Most dealerships seem to ignore you after signing on the dotted line. I just got a very nice follow up call from Dustin this morning. He gave me some wonderful advice on possible refinancing as I had questions. I love my Encore, but rest assured I will return to Dream Cars in Cedar Park next time I am looking for another vehicle.

easy to work with

I bought a 2011 dodge nitro from them in 2013. It was done with terms that were easy to deal with. I paid for the extended warranty and Dec 5 had a problem with the brake caliper they took care of it the same day, i went ahead and paid $45 bucks for new brake pads and i got a new brake job and everything else for FREE... I will buy my next car from them !

Truly amazing place!

The radio and TV ads are quirky and corny, but the message is lived by the team at this dealership. They truly ARE for the people! Bought by car and it had a minor problem and even though they close service at 6pm, they stayed, received my car, out me in a loaner while my car stayed for repair and when it wasn't ready, they put me in another fantastic loaner as the one they gave me was sold! Talk about customer service! Most dealerships handle their customers with a "buyer beware" attitude. Not here! I'm going back when I'm ready to upgrade and will recommend this dealership to all my friends! Manny, DJ, Jay, Tim, Jim and Mike, you guys rock!

Worst Business in Central Texas

This Car Dealer and the whole crew are liars , this people telling you that they have many Financial companis and Banks when is no truth ,The only bank they used is Capital One. Why this people liars to the customers like that . i have the proof .

We do use Capital One, but we also finance with about 10 other banks/finance companies on a monthly basis. Not what was offered...

Went in because I heard on Pandora that they would give me $4000 over value for my trade in NOT TRUE by the time they were done they were only going to give me maybe $1000 they said for my '01 Ford Explorer Sport and they tried to convince to to buy a vehicle I didn't want and that I should pay way more a month than I told them I could afford I told them I would like my payment to be around $300-$400 they tried to say it would be to my benifit to pay more like $600 ummm NO only went in because of the add now just saving for a year then taking my money somewhere else.
