Elder Mitsubishi

Went in because I heard on Pandora that they would give me $4000 over value for my trade in NOT TRUE by the time they were done they were only going to give me maybe $1000 they said for my '01 Ford Explorer Sport and they tried to convince to to buy a vehicle I didn't want and that I should pay way more a month than I told them I could afford I told them I would like my payment to be around $300-$400 they tried to say it would be to my benifit to pay more like $600 ummm NO only went in because of the add now just saving for a year then taking my money somewhere else.

This dealership was busy at work when I pulled up, and it was before 11am! I was greeted right away by Rick Latham. It didn't take long to fill out the paperwork. I was out there, looking at the exact car that I wanted within the first two hours! We took it for a test drive, and as soon as we got back, we got to working on the financial end of the business. While I waited for the results, the staff had talked to me, offered coffee, water, food. It was excellent. The process DID NOT go well off into the night like most dealerships. They offer free car-washes on Thursdays! A plus! They keep their cars looking fresh. I love it, they've got really nice cars, and they were all in good prices.

I only spoke to them on the phone but they were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I was just looking around for a new vehicle in case my current had more problems than I thought wrong with it but it didn't. Should it have had big problems though I would have most definitely went here for my car.

Looked everywhere and was having some sorry experiences. Walked into Dream Cars and was treated with respect and courtesy. They accommodated me in every way possible and worked diligently to find a credit plan for the car I wanted. I am thrilled with my new car! Thank you Dream Cars!
