Driver's Way

Some times you have that feeling that buying a car is akin to getting a root canal. You know it must be done, but you really hate to do it. Well not here at Driver's Way, and not with Matt Veitch. We've been return customers starting back when it was Drivers Mart. The selection and value is without parallel, and Matt is hands-down the best salesman we've ever had here. He doesn't act like the typical sales person, he is more of a cross between Google and Radar O'Reilly. He is quick to answer any questions and show you the product/price/differences/similarities.

Ruby is an excellent sales lady. She was very helpful and answered my questions in a timely manner. She never gave me the run around and she was always very honest and courteous. She was persistent but never over board to the point of pestering. I have used DW twice for a new used car and have been impressed by the service and experience both times. Tim Shaw was our sales person and he couldn't have been more helpful. He was very patient and knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend DW and Tim to anyone - they do an outstanding job.

We had a great experience at Driver's Way. Found a car there via an internet search, not for a particular model but by browsing the brand and price range. We called and arranged for the car to be available for a test drive, and were met by Bruno as we entered the showroom. He was gracious and informative in all he did for us. The car was perfect and he started the purchase process for us, which we completed the next day when, unfortunately, he was not working. Throughout the process, the experience was terrific.

He went the extra mile by locating the preferred SUV at the 280 store, traveling there with me, and politely answered every question my friends and family asked. During the purchasing process, Matt was efficient and proficient in explaining and completing the required paperwork. He was always available to answer phone calls, found the lowest interest rate available and connected my phone to Bluetooth. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt Veitch and Driver's Way to friends and family.

Michelle and I have bought our last three cars from Drivers Way and specifically from Bruno Riechert. We have always been treated fairly and guided by Bruno and we feel very comfortable buying our vehicles from him and Drivers Way. I bought a car for my daughter at Jim Burke at the advise from my dad who "Knew a guy" and it was the worst experience I have had buying a vehicle and we will never go back there. I immediately regretted not going to see Bruno. The Drivers Way service department has always been friendly and always took care of our issue even providing a loaner car when the repair took longer than expected. We will continue to buy vehicles from Bruno and Drivers Way. We have bought 14 or 15 cars over the years from Driver's Way . Dylan Lanier again helped us with our recent purchase. We didn't know exactly the type or make vehicle we wanted. Dylan was very helpful and patient with us. We selected and purchased a very beautiful Honda Accord. However, after getting the vehicle home and driving it around town, it just didn't feel right for us. We came back to Dylan and he patiently helped us try out several more models. With his help we found the perfect fit for us - a Honda CRV. Dylan made the exchange of the two vehicles a very smooth and non-stressful process. We will be back to Driver's Way for our next vehicle purchase. We talk the place up to all our friends.
