This is the first car dealership we have ever enjoyed! We came from Memphis TN area for a specific vehicle we found on line. They knew our situation about getting there before it sold and held it for the next day several times even knowing it wasn't a confirm sale. That's when we knew we had to come here even though it is 3 1/2 hrs away. Then we were blessed to get the sweetest sales girl, Camara. Not only sweet but very thorough, knowledgable, and effecient! She even helped us get a loan for a lot less interest than we had come with. To top it off, the whole process to seal the deal was well under an hour! Or it could have been the great company! I got a car last year and we were there for hours as with other dealers! My relatives are all from AL and I can't quit telling them and everyone else about our awesome experience with Camara and Drivers Way! This was an awesome experience. Mr. Lanier greeted me when I walked in . I told him was I was driving, what I wanted to purchase and what I wanted for my vehicle and why. He made it happen. I was in and out in under 2 hours...only because the vehicle I was purchasing was at the other location and being driven to where we where. No haggling, no underhanded dealing. I got the max for my vehicle and a used vehicle, with warranty and insurance. I left with a vehicle that was 6,000.00 less that another dealership wanted for the same type vehicle. He was kind and attentive. The manager was very accommodating as well. I offered to do their next television commercial. It was tress free. Awesome experience.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! We went to Driver's Way and met Bruno. He was extremely professional, patient and helpful. His knowledge of the inventory was remarkable. We looked at several different vehicles before making our choice. Bruno fully explained every detail and was a tremendous help in our selection. Eddie did a great job showing me the Outlander and comparable SUV's. He understood immediately what type of car I prefer to drive. The 280 Finance Mgr beat rate I had gotten, which was great. They worked with me to give the me car the day I test drove it even though my husband wasn't in town and would be signing the paperwork a few days later. They also worked with the Pehlam store and the local Mitsubishi dealer to get me a free second set of keys. A great experience! This is our 4th purchase from Drivers Way, we love the place!!
