Friendly service

Excellent Company, clean and always helpful

Very pleased with the dealership for the courtesy of the salesman who helped in every way to complete the sale, and being my second lease also pleased with the service department. Dealership is very cooperative in everyway!

Best service ever

Shayne griffin, was my salesman. He was the best salesman i have ever dealt with. Art Moehn has a huge selection of anything you're looking for and everyone was friendly and very professional. I would recommend art Moehn Chevrolet to anyone and everyone.

Great service, and a friendly staff!

I had a problem with the sound system and a part was needed. It was ordered and I need to schedule an appointment to complete.

Outstanding Service

The determination & patience of Adam Vance in ultimately diagnosing & fixing the electrical problem is sincerely appreciated. The communication that Alex Soper provided regarding the progress was excellent. Two great guys !

I Accidentally Left My GPS Device In The Waiting Room I Called Them And Asked If They Had Found My GPS Someone Turned It Into The Lost & Found So The Shuttle Service Man Drove It Back To My Home I Think His Name Was Nelson And A Service Man Named Alex Soper In The Repair Area Also Was Great All Of Your Employees Are The Best In The Business I Will Always Go Out My Way To Buy At Art Moen Chevy Sincerely Richard Dingeldey

Routine Service

Just an oil change and tire rotation w new wiper blades but I was treated as if I were making a major purchase. Fast in and out--faster than promised.

Above & Beyond

Salesman Brian Chaffin is AWESOME! At the end of Oct2015 I hit a deer, which totaled my 10+ year old vehicle. Nov2015, I started working with three dealers to get the best deal on a new, 2016 Chevy Traverse lease. Literally, just about 30 minutes before my husband and I were getting ready to head up to Lansing to pick up a vehicle, Brian contacted me with a much better vehicle for the same price. It was an awesome day! Brian never gave up on us, and made the entire experience awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend Art Moehn, and Brian Chaffin!! We will be back at the end of the lease, and possibly sooner to replace our second vehicle. Thanks again Art Moehn/Brian. Dec2015 has been a great month, and it's not even Christmas yet!!
