People hate buying cars because of places like this. I should have known when I was trying to come in and the salesman told me they had a car in stock and only admitted that they did not after I pressed the issue that I should stay away from this place, so that’s on me. It wasn’t the last lie they told me. The finance guy is shady as well, and told us point blank they he doesn’t send loan applications to the bank that gives the best rates because they require more paperwork. Since they got their sale they have either ignored my follow up emails for things they promised or been completely disinterested in being helpful. Unless they are the only people in a 200 mile radius that have the exact car you’re looking for, there is no reason to ever go here. I know I will not again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE
My Husband and I bought a car from this dealership in May. We brought the car back in not even a week after we bought it, the check engine light came on. The dealership checked and said it was nothing to worry about, then turned the light off. I called a couple weeks later, since the light came back on, went back into the dealership, they told me it was the catalytic converter (which is covered by the 3-month warranty but not the extended warranty). They still did not fix the issue and we are 4 months after I bought the car, and I cannot get it registered since it will not pass emissions. I must have the catalytic converter replaced which is upwards of $2500 that I don’t have and shouldn’t have to pay for since the car should have been able to pass emissions because of recently buying the car. DO NOT go to this dealership as they will sell you a car that you cannot register!! Extremely upset and disappointed. I have never dealt with a more horrible dealership who will not fix something that is not even 6 months old.

Shady Car Dealership
Salesman couldnt answer 1 question about car let alone 3 that i asked. Sales manager Tony was above you. Never smiled , talked condescending , blunt and very dry. They purposely hid damage on vehicle , parking it twice purposely so i wouldnt see it. And after the fact (a week after sale when i called)Tony admitted to knowing vehicle was damaged and he made it very clear he wasnt going to point out. Took to Body shop .....$1500 i will never see back . GREEDY......all they want is the signed contract. Thats all they care about. They certainly dont care about the customer or even repeat business i guess???i mentioned to Tony my dad was a car salesman for over 20 yrs. He had the audacity to throw that back at me and said i should know a used car is an as is purchase. Let me be very clear My father would not of been stupid enough to not point this out or mention before selling. He would of known it would of bit him in the xxx if he didnt point out. Thats just bad business, plain and simple. i made a google review and "OWNER" responded politely to call and hope resolve....yeah right???? i called left my name and phone number for General Manager or owner to call back 2 weeks ago now......still nothing and no call back. SHADY....all around 100% SHADY!!!!

Overcharging for service
Have been servicing my cars here for 14 years. Have a recurring problewith a Ford Escape that the dealer cannot solve but asks me to pay them to find out whats wrong then cant come up with an answer and still wants to be paid. They told me to go somewhere else to get the car repaired and told me it may not be fixable. Car was 2 years old when the problem started. The service manager was no help. I'm contacing a lawyer the way he behaved showed only contempt for customers

Maxine and staff made us feel very welcomed and at ease from the moment we walked in. Malik our salesman was very knowledgeable and wasn't a pressure salesman. He also was very personable and catered to our specific needs. Would recommend Malik and Suntrup Ford (Westport) To anyone looking for a used or new vehicle

Newer was better choice

Great Experience
Everything went smooth and easy. The salesman explained everything in detail and took the time to answer all of my questions. I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase a vehicle or any other services. I received a couple of followup calls to assure that I was totally satisfied with the vehicle and the service.

Great Experience!
We called Suntrup Ford Westport and told them what we were looking for and they found us the exact car we wanted within 24 hours. Paperwork was fast and painless. Salesman sat with us for 30 minutes in the car explaining in detail all of the Technology and Equipment.
