Great experience at Suntrip
We drove 2 hours to the dealership, car was there as promised. Salesman was very friendly, negotiating process was fair. Dealing with finance department was smooth. Overall, very good experience

FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE
ACTION L. JACKSON. Due to having a hip replacement, I needed to be in a vehicle that sat lower to the ground then the van I was driving. But I also needed space to carry my team equipment and some of the team members. Chuck was able to find me the perfect ride. A new FORD FLEX. Chuck showed me all the features and how driving the flex would be the better way for me to go. So he introduced me to the finance person, Michael Jackson. I had a base price in mind, but Michael was able to work his magic and was able to find the financing I needed. Chuck also helped transfer my items from the van to the flex and set up my phone to the flex. Chuck Johnson and Michael Jackson make a great team in assisting any one in getting the vehicle they need. I give them two thumbs up

I found the car I was looking for online and from the moment I started the process Larry Persons and Michael Jackson made my experience wonderful and easy. Amazing Chuck
I was told by a friend of mine that Charles Johnson could definitely get me a better car. I had tried for a while but no one would help me. When I came in a met Mr. Johnson he was the nicest car salesman I had ever met. He explained things to me about my car that no other car salesman had ever done. I feel truly blessed that he helped me. I would send everyone who needs a car to him. He truly changed my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Charles.

The best experience in town when buying a new car
I want to bring attention to this amazing dealership I had the pleasure of visiting last week. I originally started looking for a new car and kind of knew what I wanted. After a brief conversation with Bob Stapleton through email where I checked out the dealership online, I was setup with a time and place to meet with Richard on the following day (since Bob was off). I met with Richard McCabe and we discussed what I was looking for. He didn't try to pressure me into something I didn't want but he was real with me and explained the different packages of the Ford Fusion I was looking at. Richard handled himself very well. After some discussion and pricing I found what I had wanted at a good price after trade-in (on my Grand Prix). After stopping by on my lunch break, Richard had nearly gotten me all taken care of on a new car aside from the paperwork. The next day I came and met with Bob who wasn't just professional, but also friendly and very easy to approach and work with. After getting the paperwork handled, I met with Michael Jackson who not only possesses good taste in watches, but a very professional yet friendly demeanor. Each and every one of these gentlemen at the dealership not only made my visits to the dealership a great, friendly, good experience, but also something I will remember. I don't think I could have ran in to a nicer, more knowledgeable group of guys in St. Louis who sell cars. Thank you all at Suntrup Ford for making this an overall great experience. My experience with Chuck Johnson at Suntrup Ford Westport was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle we wanted. Chuck made purchasing our new Escape a simple and quick process. There was no hard sell and we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted for a fair price. He had a very positive attitude during the process. I will definitely recommend Chuck and Suntrup Ford Westport to my family and friends for their vehicle needs.

Did not honor warranty
We purchased a used vehicle for our daughter. The car came with a three month warranty. After approximately one month, the digital odometer went out. We scheduled an appointment with the service department to have it fixed. Then they try to say that the warranty does not cover the odometer and want to charge us $900 to make the repair. I then called my salesman, who stated that it should be covered because it's electrical, but he will check and call me back. Needless to say I never got a return call. Disgusted, we picked up the car as we were not going to pay $900 to have an odometer fixed. Then they try to charge us over $100 because they ran a diagnostic on it. After much discussion, at least they waived that. This company does not stand behind their used car warranties, and we will never deal with them again. Good job Suntrup Ford, I hope that you not honoring your warranty is worth all the negative comments that we are going to leave about your company!!
