Struggles with dealers not near you!

I'll start by saying that I'm not local to this dealer, so my experience is solely via internet. For all I know. This may be a great dealer if your close and can drive in. The Autotrader Add stats mention that you saw this vehicle in their add to receive the best price. Five emails to Evelyn all stating they don't discount, the price is as listed. Three emails to Billy to follow up and asking what Tru k I was considering and still no reply. I going to guess that this might just be an industry standard because this was not the only dealer I struggled with respons.

Customer Service- salesman Marco

Salesman Marco was very professional and also friendly. He provided all the information we asked for without any pressure. He made the car buying experience smooth and made us feel comfortable the whole way. We will definitely return to him for our next car/truck purchase.

Appreciate your help Jovanni

I found my 2017 Ram 3500 with only 41K miles on it at a reasonable price by the time I'm writing this review but best part of my purchase was meeting Jovanni at sales department, this guy treated as an old friend we both had great communications since we start...Ask for Jovanni at Sales....He will tell you how to do it and better bank to finance your vehicle...Thanks Jovanni also thanks Pacific Auto Center

I had a great experience in this car dealership. It is a nice clean place. The people are very nice and courteous, especially GEOVANI, he is very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very patient. Excellent costumer service. Best salesman!

Had a great expiration here, Henry was super helpful right from the start. They made the whole experience quick and easy. Loving my 2018 Civic si.

Terrible sales staff. Don’t waste your time here.

Terrible customer service and sales staff. Worst I’ve ever seen!! Total waste of my time trying to get a simple question answered. I tried for 5 days, no response!

Will not last long

Sunday April made contact sales person name Junior, as I said manager don’t give out name or have value. As I came in contact to look and test drive the 2018 Honda odyssey ex-l with 34xxx miles on it. I was set to buys van. Car was list on every single site as CarGuru, Autotrader, Carfax, as $30, 998 . As I came in to dealership in Chowchilla , trying to make a deal not asking much but full detail and front holding plate and battery for single key push start since it’s saying it’s low. Let you know tax in 93727 is about 3k right. On that price car. They came out with 37230 for ridiculous 1300 for alarm, etc number sticker 600 and 590 for undisclosed sticker for price .sale guys show me car was over bought and under sold. I guess if your not be a sucker for warranty, you can’t make a deal , even for asking price. Lose a deal cause manger try sell add on to car which was not listed on advertised price car online. Place got lot to growing up, not family friendly or good customer service, manger is stuck up.
