Pacific Auto Center - Fontana

Would drive back again, came out from Morro Bay, Ca!! Emailed yesterday about another truck, the internet guy, Steve, emailed us a couple videos of different Dodge Trucks. I didn't think they would have the specific truck my husband was looking for. He found us the one that worked and today we came out over 4 hours. Allen, our salesman has been professional and knows his trucks!! We would make the trip again if we ever need another diesel truck!!

They were worth the 2 hour trip out to their dealership. Allen our salesman had the truck ready for us when we got there. After our test drive the paperwork process was quick and painless! I have already recommended them to a friend, they have so many trucks.

HORRIBLE service! I went to this place because I was referred, I regret going , The "salesman" if you can even call him that was the most ignorant person you would want helping in car purchase. He acted like he was doing me the BIGGEST favor by selling me a truck. Didn't ask questions in regards to the specific car I wanted. We waited one hour and nobody offered to help. People would just walk by and would not acknowledge we were there to buy. BAD BAD BAD !!!!!

I drove all the way from San Diego as I've seen a couple of trucks with the plates of Pacific auto center in town and of course their inventory online, they have the biggest and best diesel truck lot I've seen, no joke 120+ diesel trucks there, I bought a 2008 lifted Duramax and I love it...

good experience at the dealer and even as a first time buyer i got a great car ! and not a bucket like all the other dealerships were trying to put me into and with a decent down payment too when we sign our contract it was very well explain , very nice selection of inventory will definitely recomend this place, go see them aks for fernando very funny guy but good luck he is always running from office to office

The overall experience was good. The only downsides that we had were even though we called the night before and told them we were driving 2.5 hours to come in the morning, the truck batteries were dead. Dealer did replace them on the spot and without trying to haggle that into the deal. The owner even bought us a lunch since we were here for so long negotiating. Everyone here was very pleasant to deal with and I would have no problem recomending them to a friend.

Fast and friendly. Would recommend them to friends and buy from them again.

I was in need of a new car that can fit my 3 toddlers that was safe and stylish so I fell in love with the BMW X5 on the lot. I showed up late because of my hectic schedule and they were able to accomodate me. My credit had foreclosures and a few flaws but I took their advice of getting a co-signer with better credit to get approved and I was suprisingly happy to get a great rate. They were professional from start to finish and I highly recommend this place! I am finally in a luxury car that is more affordable than the numbers that other dealerships gave me for average cars.
