Came in for an oil change and a mileage service.

Came in for an oil change and a mileage service. Was told my transmission needed replacing. Cost > $11k. Had to get my car jumped twice before I could leave the dealership. Had to charge the battery after getting home. Asked to have the "tire kit maintenance " message removed. Was told I could/ should do that myself. Asked to have service department do it. It wasn't done. I checked my windshield for the mileage the car next oil change. No sticker was put on the windshield. I feel like I was overcharged for the service (>$700) treated rudely.

The Mall of Georgia Ford Collision Center provided clear

The Mall of Georgia Ford Collision Center provided clear and timely communication. They did a great job repairing our vehicle in a quality and timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for future repairs on our Ford vehicles.
