Took truck to get serviced brakes, oil change, and throttle body cleaning. Brakes were squeaking and are still squeaking . Main thing was to service brakes . Advisor said they were good . Have warranty on brakes there . What do y’all do there ?

Seemed like there was a rush to make the sale, then afterwards not much help with issues. Mainly a small scratch on my infotainment screen that apparently since it was a demo with 3,000 miles, oh well.

They had my car for almost a week when I was told it was going to be a two-day wait because only one person was qualified enough to fix the specific problem I had with my car. Then, the part that was needed to complete the fix had to be ordered, so I had to take it back to them for another three days. Such an unnecessary hassle. Also, whenever I called my specific worker was always on some sort of lunch break or test drive.
