Easy to work with their entire team.

Easy to work with their entire team. No reason for buying a car to take all weekend. Was in and out with keys in my hands in less than 90 minutes.

I will start off with the positive.

I will start off with the positive. The salesman we had was not pushy an very upfront from what they can and can’t do. The truck I bought is nice and that’s about the only enjoyment I got from this dealership. Don’t expect this dealer to do anything on the “we owe form” or if it is done it will be worse than before. I spent 65k on a truck and had 3 things in writing to fix. The three things were pretty low cost items and if anything really cheap for them since they have a Collision center. First was Go in together half/half on new sets of tires. This took a month to get me in then took a week to complete. When they called to have me come get it was still not done making us wait another 2 hrs with a toddler. Also they tried to make me pay for the tires again after paying when I bought the truck. I got the truck back the alignment has me pulling to the right, so I will have to go back up there again. Second agreement was paint touch up. I made a big point to these guys that I was not interested in the truck if they don’t fix the scratches that are all over the truck plus a major scratch on the passages side. Third agreement was the bumper damage needed to be repaired. The overall tone and agreement was they could make the truck look new again no problem. Well that was a lie. When I dropped the truck off they were supposed to to send it to the collision center for those touch ups after tire install. Well instead after keeping the truck for a week they call back to say that they can’t fix the bumper or scratches. It’s in writing that this is to be done however they said nope. Needless to say I’m getting kinda upset at this point. Well the solution presented from sales was crap but it was my only option at this point. I take it to a place in Tucker on Monday morning, So now I have a 2 hr trip to get this fixed if I want it fix. We get there an I tell these guys we are getting the paint touch up apply paint to areas that need it and the bumper corrected where the plastic stays down/ misaligned. My wife an I waited 2 hrs again anxiously to see this truck in it’s completely done. Well it come out looking almost the exact same except they buffed it as deep as they could instead or paint correction Ultimately now my paint will be trash in a few years now because I have less clear coating now and the scratches are a there not even touched up with paint. The fix for the bump was to just glue the plastic down and leave a gap large enough for all of my fingers to fit in. I can see the glue also which is so tacky. Now I’m gonna have to go spend another thousand $1500 on a ceramic coating to make sure the paint don’t peel and $500 to has some actual fix the bumper I just can’t express how disappointed I am in the customer appreciation after buying a $65,000 truck. You would think they would want to make you feel like an appreciated customer spending that kind of money but they don’t care ultimately. Also many dealerships are offering lifetime warranty with their vehicles new and used. Don’t expect that here or any warranty at all. My advise to anyone that buys a vehicle here is make sure it is 100% the you want it or that it’s supposed to be before leaving the dealer. I wish I had better things to say. I really wanted to like this dealership for a while, give them the benefit of the doubt, but I learned they don’t take care of their customers the way they say they will, unfortunately.

Reason for 3 star applies to all new car dealerships,

Reason for 3 star applies to all new car dealerships, lower your used prices. Generally eager sales guy, inexperience showed and not up to date with the paperwork. Two hours of waiting burned. Discount ? The vehicle is in good condition and lower mileage which met our requirements, added extra warranty on the expensive electronics covered.

Aliana was terrible to work with.

Aliana was terrible to work with. Bad communication and was never told when she had a day off so would go that time not knowing anything about my vehicle status and had no idea she wasn’t even in that day. Her attitude was so terrible as well. I sincerely hope to never have to deal with her ever again. I felt like a burden every time I asked a simple question about my own vehicle.
