Staff was professional and efficient.

Staff was professional and efficient. When I first called and spoke with Joe, I set my expectations, and Joe stated "understood". My time is very valuable and Joe and the staff wasted none! I had a great experience working with Joe Conforti when I purchased 13 vehicles for our fleet. Everything worked seamlessly. Boucher Ford delivered all 13 new Explorers and picked up the 13 vehicles we traded in. They were on time Abe very helpful walking us through the new Explorers.

The Dealership was not reputable.

The Dealership was not reputable. They attempted to change the deal when they agreed to the price of the vehicle. They never mentioned a rebate being offered & simply merged it into the price. They were rude, unprofessional & arrogant
