Crown Motors Holland

Still looking for a car but due to a medical problem, have had to delay the process. I did find the dealership to be very friendly and professional. They let me look, drive and ask questions all without a hard sales pitch. A bit much on the follow ups though.

The car listed in Cars.com was misrepresented in the description of the used vehicle I was interested in. It was listed as a Hyundai Santa Fe "Limited" and it was NOT. The Hyundai "Limited" has leather seats, moon roof, and other upgraded amenities. This car had none of the Limited features. The salesman told me the "Limited" designation does not appear marked on a Hyundai, when in fact it does. My previous car was a Hyundai Tucson "Limited" I did buy the vehicle because it was a good vehicle for the price.

After searching several months for a replacement for our family car, I found a used Acura RL online at Crown Motors in Holland Michigan. Having no desire to drive over four hours just to be disappointed, I worked with their internet salesman for two days, asking questions and having him send me additional photos of the car. Due to his help, I was sure enough of the car's condition to make the drive. I was a very glad I did. The car was immaculate. The dealership was one of the nicest I have ever dealt with. We still had to play little of the "wait game" to get the deal done, but it was reasonably short, and the paperwork process was quick since they preapproved my credit the day before I arrived. Over-all, it was the best used car experience I have had at a dealership.

This is the third Honda in a row I have owned and, so far, the best. I bought a used car (2007) for the extra features it allowed me to afford: moon roof, 6-CD player, and leather seats. I am a single mom who loves road trips, so I need a very reliable car. The "lovely" Michigan winters made me feel a more secure car was necessary for the snow. I had my engineer brother do the research, and he found a CRV from Crown online. They were helpful from the start---giving me directions there through the purchase agreement. Everyone was friendly, and I am glad I'll be going back there for service. I just drove to my mom's in Cincinnati and experienced rain the entire trip back. I felt very safe and enjoyed the ride. My family was impressed with the car, too. And my kids LOVE it!
