Very poor workmanship

Looking at reviews I can tell why pretty much all of their 5 star ratings are from 2016. I have been a loyal customer for almost as long as Crown has been on Central Ave. in Holland. I have purchased a few cars and have had them serviced there. For over a year I have noted service has gone way down hill. From loose lug nuts after tire rotation, too unsecured air filter after oil change and their “safety check list” that their mechanics fill out are a joke. My issue for writing this, comes from work they performed on my Ram. I took to another shop to have them do repairs as I have not been happy with quality of dealership work. Shop found clunk that dealership couldn’t. It was combination of front brake caliper flopping around (missing caliper bolts) and very bad ball joints. This was same side that had been replaced a few months earlier (entire hub assembly had to be replaced as well as rotor and caliper), had gone through oil/ fuel filter change and brought in and “supposedly checked” same side because of tire pressure light. I took to another shop and now having to have everything that had a thread on it tapped as all bolts and holding nuts were cross threaded. I will never take another vehicle to their service department.

Buick Enclave

Obed Ortiz did a wonderful job helping me find and purchase my vehicle. It was unfortunate the service department did not touch up the small fixes on the vehicle before pickup. Huge thank you to Obed for driving an hour to delivery and apply the paint!! Ask for Obed if you want great service from a super nice guy!!!

yes. Crown is in biz to Make a Profit - BUT...

We all know Crown is - in biz to Make a Profit... But - at whose expense??? Sorry to say, in my case (so far) - it's been at My Expense... Certainly, we all make Mistakes... But, will Crown - own up and be Responsible??? Been 3 weeks now - hoping they'll take Responsibility... Dan Marzynski (GM) has Ignored my tele calls and email. Troy DeWys tried Bullying me into eating their mistake - owning up to only $200... Their Mistake??? Disguised a bad wheel bearing - explained it was tire noise and wind from roof rack... My expense? $911.60. Will post update if Crown takes full Responsibility... And I welcome Crown Motors to Respond to this review - yes, Please respond Mr Marzynski...

Answer to our prayer.

We were praying for some time about finding a used Honda Odyssey van. This 2010 showed up at Crown Toyota in Holland, Michigan. We called and set up an appointment. Mitch was our salesman, and he was very helpful and courteous, and never tried to pressure us to purchase this vehicle. He seemed concerned to see if my wife was truly satisfied with this vehicle. I was impressed that they had already changed the timing belt and water pump, and were not trying to pass that off on an unknowing customer. I would be happy to recommend Mitch and Crown Toyota to anyone looking for a car.

detail dept--Matt

I had an issue with the tree stains on roof of my solara convertable ..Matt in detail dept was awesome!!! He had me go to coffee shop and said he'd try to fix spots. before my drink was gone he brought my car over and the stains were gone!! my car looked brand new, he polished the trim and was soooo nice to deal with...THANK YOU Matt very much.

No pressure car buying!!!

Bought a Honda Civic hatchback after diving it once. It was immaculate, no one put ANY pressure on me to make a decision and offered to keep me posted about any other options while I thought about my purchase. I went and bought the car two days later. They accommodated my schedule and made sure they had enough staff to take care of me on a fully booked day. I highly recommend this dealership! Alec was the salesman I worked with.

Mix of false advertising (probably illegal) and dishonor in product, brand and reputation. Stay as far away as possible.

Very kind and helpful staff always willing to help

As I viewed and test drove my future car, I was well pleased with the staff who helped me along the way. They helped me be able to make my decision as well as purchase the car too. Overall just a great dealership and would recommend to anyone considering buying a car.
