Had repair on Cadillac.

Had repair on Cadillac. The service team was very helpful and met my every need!! Cornelius and the tech guy in the show room were the best. Highly recommend the team there.

Purchased new Buick on 2/3 Richard Kay received my

Purchased new Buick on 2/3 Richard Kay received my insurance information but did not put an insurance binder on the temporary tag & registration! I called Geico yesterday 2/17 (14 days later) to confirm coverage They had no record of insurance for this $30K vehicle. In what world does a dealer allow this liability occur?

I purchased a beautiful 2017 Sierra Denali that is simply

I purchased a beautiful 2017 Sierra Denali that is simply gorgeous with an as is warranty. Following my purchase the next day I encountered a service 4x4 drive system warning. I took the truck back and was introduced to a service writer named KAT. KAT took all info and called the next day for me to pick up my truck. The issue was a faulty switch as per the service techs computer. New 4x4 switch installed and the issues resolved so I took my truck home. The next day the problem was back. I called KAT who immediately took my truck back in and the techs computer now points to yet another switch in the system. Left the truck. Next day KAT called and the truck was ready to pick up. Upon my arrival KAT displayed a vehicle locator contraption that had been wired into the truck electrical system by the previous owner. While in the shop on the last trip KAT installed a new passenger side folding mirror. All this work was done including the mirror at NO CHARGE with apologies for my inconvenience. This was a tough problem to diagnose. Real tough but Kat and her mechanic worked hard and always expedited my truck into the shop to resolve the issue and satisfy their customer. I’ve bought several vehicles in my life but this kind of service is unmatched. KAT is a true credit to Richard Kay and will always get my business. Thank you KAT!

The salesman, Junior, was very friendly and helpful. The purchase went smooth. He also installed my floor mats for me which was much appreciated.

Service department is terrible.

Service department is terrible. Had our 21 acadia in for service, alignment, rotation. No windshield washer fluid was added, after alignment we were told we needed $500 work done to correct front end pulling to right vehical had less than 36k on it. Then told to bring back and that would be corrected. That appointment was a week ago, we were called 45 minutes before scheduled time and told they had no parts for it and would let us know when they come in. We'll 7 days later and we can not even get the courtesy of a call back nor even a update

Bad car dealership, please don?t SHOP HERE!!!

this is a worse car dealership. I bought a brand new 2023 Chevrolet trailblazer and drove for 2 months, after that the engine was not smooth while running. I couldn?t even remove the key out from the engine lock. I have to trade it in with another new vehicle and they denied transfer warranty to my new car for some reasons. All the just want to got money!!?
