    Appt was made for my service. Was there on time, they got the information together and Was told it would be about an hour. After one hour and 45 minutes... I decided to go find out where my car was in the process. It was in the car lot, had been finished BUT no one came to me in the waiting room to tell me it was finished. One of the gentleman behind the corner apologized and he was sincerely embarrassed. It appeared to me that the service people are more concerned with their male customers as two people came into the waiting area and were approached in less than on hour! Very disappointed as I usually have been treated nicely......hope my next visit goes better!

    I had to have the timing chain replaced on 2011 Chevrolet Equinox, $2800 only 78000 miles. I asked for a loaner car the service advisor said he would check... never returned my call. I will never buy another General Motors car.

    How often do you walk in, get a car, feel like it was a reasonable price, the trade in was more than fair, the personnel were not just friendly, but very... competent? No pain, no push, just nice folks, quietly giving us professionalism, and a great deal!

    This was my third experience with repairs on two different vehicles .The staff at Richard Kay are polite, knowledgeable, and had the work done in a timely... matter. They kept me up dated on the progress and made my experience pleasant. Mike in the body shop was very personable and professional. He is an asset to your business.

    My wife and I had a great experience dealing with the staff and salesmen here at Richard Kay. Everyone went out of the way to make what has been a stressful... experience in the past at other dealerships, a most pleasent one. they gave us a great deal and were knowledgable and easy to work with the entire time. I will be back when I'm in the market for another vehicle.
