After leaving a camping trip in the Blue Ridge Mountains and on the way to drop our daughter back at AU before we continued home to the beach, our Silverado... tow vehicle decided then that it was a good time for the water pump to blow. Literally dead in the parking lot as we pulled in. We were completely fixed and on the road within 4 hours and were treated fantastic as we camped in the lot waiting for repair. Thank God for Richard Kay GM.
I have had experiences with this dealership in the past that were less than desirable. What a difference 5 years make! My experience was a 360 degree... turnaround. They were responsive to my online inquiry and had the car that peaked my interest, still on the lot when I arrived. Robert Miller was a wonderful salesperson, very friendly, accommodating and quite efficient. He even followed up after the purchase and responded positively to a minor kerfuffle I encountered. The new finance process is state of the art, all of the documents electronically signed which feels way more effective and time-saving. Kudos to all of the improvements!
Had my vehicle towed in for repair because it was smoking and leaking very badly. Was told it was my manifold and gave me a price I told them ok cool fix... it then the very next day they call and say it's my turbo charge and gave me a price. The total was $2226.93 now flabbergasted because it's like they were playing a guessing game at my expense. The service rep Cornelius assured me this would fix the problem because I don't have money for them to be playing around with. They supposedly did the work and I haven't driven it for almost 2 months and when I did it's leaking. Now I'm pissed I spoke with the manager Ken and he said that I would have to pay $ 1125.96. They really did put one over on me and I'm like are you kidding me because you guys never even fixed my car to begin with. DO NOT SHOP OR HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE THESE PEOPLE IS DISHONEST THAT ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
We went in and told Gabe what we were looking for and the maximum we were spending and he helped us get a great SUV. We will be buying our next car or... truck from Richard Kay
I had the oil changed and the tires rotated. Everthing was done in on time and correctly. Good experience

The building was great, very clean, etc.! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They took care of me quickly and everyone was very positive... and helpful. I had a negative experience at another local dealership and was referred here. I can see why they have such great reviews. Even after purchasing the car I have heard from 3 different employees asking me if I have any further questions or how I like my car! Excellent service!

Appt was made for my service. Was there on time, they got the information together and Was told it would be about an hour. After one hour and 45 minutes... I decided to go find out where my car was in the process. It was in the car lot, had been finished BUT no one came to me in the waiting room to tell me it was finished. One of the gentleman behind the corner apologized and he was sincerely embarrassed. It appeared to me that the service people are more concerned with their male customers as two people came into the waiting area and were approached in less than on hour! Very disappointed as I usually have been treated nicely......hope my next visit goes better!
