Fantastic experience

Joann and I were discussing the possibility of upgrading our Equinox with no real intention of doing anything but just having a look at Richard Kay. However, we met a delightful man who took the time to access our needs, the kindness to understand our situation without being judgmental and made us feel good about being in the dealership. We weren't even sure what we wanted! Alex not only got us an incredible deal, made sure Joann's disability needs were met, helped us with anything we needed he also took the time to follow up with us a few days later, made sure everything was perfect and thanked us once again for the business. What a great experience, couldn't recommend Richard Kay Superstore highly enough. If you are looking for a new car, go see Richard Kay, and when you get there ask for Alex Hind he will look after you with kindness, understanding, consideration and respect.

Such a good experience!

I just bought a 2004 GMC Envoy from Richard Kay Superstore. They have completely changed the way I feel about dealerships in general. They were surprisingly LOW PRESSURE and SQUARE DEALING. Everything was fast, easy and friendly. I still can't believe how good of a deal I got. I am not one to actually take the time to write a review for anyone, but, I feel they went above and beyond to help me and my situation. Thank you again Richard Kay Superstore.

Excellent Service Department

Used the dealers on-line system to make a service appointment for oil and filter change and to take care of a parking brake recall. Received an email and a phone call prior to the appointment time to confirm my needs. I felt this was very unusual and a very positive experience. When I arrived the Service Representative again went over my requirements and I was out in 5 minutes in a loaner car. The representative was very professional and just as important, friendly and polite. I was offered a complimentary car wash which I declined. Overall a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend the Service Department both for the expertise of the technical staff and the friendliness and courtesy of the Service Representative staff.

Awesome

This was the best experience we have ever had buying a car. No waiting, no back & forth about the price, and I really loved that the paperwork was all ready when we got there. Alan Davis & Anthony Richey were awesome.

Fantastic experience!!!

We have purchased a number of new cars over the years, our experience at Richard Kay was FANTASTIC!!! I have zero complaints! Our salesman, Terry, was terrific! He was a no pressure salesman but very knowledgeable. We love our new Cadillac !!

Took my new Malibu in for service. Julie was very professional in taking care of me in the service department. Did not have to spend all day there. Was out in a resonable time. Everyone was very nice. Thanks for everything. MJS
