Service at its best!!!

Pleasant dealer for service, they go above and beyond to ensure the service is done timely and correctly. Advisors also follow through after service to make sure you are satisfied with work completed.

Purchase of a new vehicle

Our experience with Tim and the staff at Richard Kay was wonderful. They were very knowledgeable in the operation of our new 2020 GMC Sierra and not just during the purchase process but they have even been available to help with questions since we have left the dealership. We would highly recommend giving them a chance when purchasing your new vehicle. We will definitely be back in years to come.

Great Sales service

Love my car. Mike Mattison is a great salesman. He was very professional and took the time to show me different things about my car. He took his time with me with all the questions I had. I have Brought a lot of cars and he is the best salesman I have had. The whole dealership was great

Mrs. Hawkins

Appt was made for my service. Was there on time, they got the information together and Was told it would be about an hour. After one hour and 45 minutes I decided to go find out where my car was in the process. It was in the car lot, had been finished BUT no one came to me in the waiting room to tell me it was finished. One of the gentleman behind the corner apologized and he was sincerely embarrassed. It appeared to me that the service people are more concerned with their male customers as two people came into the waiting area and were approached in less than on hour! Very disappointed as I usually have been treated nicely......hope my next visit goes better!

Excellent service

All personnel at Richard Kay were extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They made sure we were getting what we wanted and at a very fair deal. They had lots of cars to choose from. The buildings and surroundings were very clean, neat and comfortable. I was most impressed!

Joseph Holden

I had to have the timing chain replaced on 2011 Chevrolet Equinox, $2800 only 78000 miles. I asked for a loaner car the service advisor said he would check never returned my call. I will never buy another General Motors car.

Wow. Great Transaction

How often do you walk in, get a car, feel like it was a reasonable price, the trade in was more than fair, the personnel were not just friendly, but very competent? No pain, no push, just nice folks, quietly giving us professionalism, and a great deal!

Very Professional in every way

From the moment I walked on the lot the sales people wanted to know exactly what I wanted in a new car being a returning customer they were friendly and educated about the car I was wanting.
