Nice and easy process for buying a new truck. Brian and Nicole went above and beyond to find me the truck I wanted. Communication was excellent. Pickup of new truck was well explained and simple. Very easy to deal with.

Beware of Berger

I bought a brand new car in 2018! I purchased a bumper to bumper warranty and have had nothing but problems with this NEW car? Now, the transmission is bad (under 40,000 miles) and I’m told it just needs to be reprogrammed but it’s NOT covered under the transmission warranty?? Be careful what you get pressured to buy, your wasting money and they DO NOT CARE! I was given a loaner because my car was predicted to be there for days, I’m told this morning it’s now a “rental” because the repairs are not covered under warranty and to return it immediately or be charged?? Yet my car is not fixed! This is how your treated and how your hard earned money is treated by a company! They can sell new cars that become lemons and they do NOT care!

Put 1000 cash and traded in a 2009 with less then 100k had the vehicle not even 90 days transmission went out they offered to get me a transmission for 3 grand I do not recommend getting a vehicle from here the dealer was friendly and did his job

Mike Ohlman from Berger Chevrolet treated me terribly. He was a jerk to me. He didn't return my phone call for 2 days. So I called him again and he insulted me 2 times. What a horrible person to be in charge of a dealership. ...Total creep. I purchased a new Silverado in late May 2021. The truck was approximately $60000. I put a deposit on a truck scheduled to be delivered and waited a few weeks for it to come in. The saleswoman called me and told me it was delivered. I came in the next day and purchased it sight unseen. It was registered to me, insured by me, and financed by me with a $5000 down payment. Without seeing it at all, I was to come and pick it up 2 days later. When I got there to pick it up, it was not clean at all. There had been no attempt made to get it in shape to be delivered. The saleswoman was embarrassed and immediately apologized and told us in 30 minutes it would be good to go and then wisked it around the back of the dealership. An hour later one of the managers pulled up in it. He said there had been an "incident". We understood accidents happen and were concerned for the wellbeing of the saleswoman driving it when THEY SMASHED IT. So I never sat in it. I never drove it but I owned it for 2 days. It already had my plate on it.. Now there was approximately $6300 damage to it. Mike basically tried to convince me it was my fault and he wasn't going to do anything about it. He said "so I hear you threw my people under the bus" AND " he had to play hardball with me". The bodyshop guy was great, though. He fixed it in 2 weeks. Who in their right mind would take delivery of a repaired (undelivered) truck. I got my money and license plate back. The sales manager apologized and admitted Mike was way off base and acted like a jerk.

As a matter of fact there has been absolutely no communication since the day I walked in to get my deposit money back, and retrieve my license plate from the severely damaged truck. I have told hundreds of people about my experience at Berger.
