Berger Chevrolet

Bought a 2024 Cadillac from the used cars at Berger Chevrolet on 28th street, at all costs do not buy a car at this place, the used cars manager blatantly lied to my face! My offer included having 3 large scratches buffed out which they had already told me they could do and was done, when we picked the car up it was not done so we were told to bring it back the following Thursday (this is after the sale) so we did and then were told the scratches were to deep and there was nothing they could do barring having the whole car painted. The manager (John) told me they put paint in the scratches and buffed it out which was a 100% lie, I personally talked to the body guy! Do not get me wrong the salesman Austin was great but these managers that ultimately make the final deals do not care about you and will lie though there teeth to get the sale and screw you over! Now I am stuck with a beautiful Cadillac with 3 gaudy scratches down the sides that I was promised would be take care of! Stay away from Berger chevrolet used cars!

I had forgotten about buying my last vehicle from Berger Chevrolet and more so your salesman Luke Alava. I contacted multiple other Chevy dealerships that were not honest with me, one even sold a truck i had a deposit on. I started thinking about the truck Luke sold me in 2022 and dug through my phone and found Luke's number and gave him a call. Just like last time he started handling things and looking for the truck I wanted. A few days later I was driving the exact truck I wanted. Berger and mostly because of Luke and the rest of the team that helped, Berger will continue to have my business.

I highly recommend Berger Chevrolet in Grand Rapids. I leased a 2024 Chevy Blazer LT2 Midnight Package two years ago and had such a positive experience, that I just signed my second lease with the dealership. I put my trust in their staff to find vehicles that would be a good fit for me and boy did they deliver. I mean that figuratively and literally....they delivered the vehicles over 2.5 hours to my home. The staff is top notch and a huge asset to the company. I've worked with Nicole in online sales, Beth in sales and Ethan in finance. They answered every question I had quickly and professionally. All 3 of them truly went above and beyond. With the exceptional customer service I received, I felt respected and valued as a paying customer, not just a number. Thank you Berger! BTW...if anyone is looking for a barely used 2024 Chevy Blazer (details above), I put less than 6000 miles on it and you can find it on their lot. It's a great car and I treated it with excellent care while I had it. I'm turning it over to them today so call the dealership and grab it before someone else does.

Gotta vent a little bit, or maybe a lot . So I decided to purchase a newer car.I went to Berger chevrolet in Grand Rapids. Found a nice Nissan, rogue overpriced. But aren't they all decided to purchase this vehicle? I drove it maybe five times for a total of maybe sixty miles i've had it for 3 weeks have not even made my first payment. When I started the car up, it was a little rough. I didn't think nothing of it then. The car started to overheat. Called Berger and was informed that I didn't purchase the warranty. There's really not much they can do.But if I go get an estimate, they'll see what they can do. Now, mind you, they informed us that the car was engine was solid. They had it inspected.Everything was good. so I took it to the nissan dealer needs a new water pump, and it looks like the filters have not been changed, needs some basic maintenance. Gave berger the estimate of nine hundred and something dollars and was informed.They would put two hundred dollars towards it, because I didn't purchase the warranty. I get that I understand that but you think in good faith a good business Wow, two hundred dollars.That's insulting. told them they could keep their two hundred dollars. Fair warning.Do not buy a vehicle from Berger Chevrolet in grand rapids michigan. Rant 1 over

Everything went smooth while purchasing a new truck from Joseph Amani at Berger Chevrolet. Made the purchase simple.

This was my first out of state purchase. Although there were a few 'bumps in the road' with the process (none of which were Berger's fault), the process was smooth and expeditious. Eugenio and Ethan were both pleasures to deal with. If the situation arises again, and buying from Berger is in the cards, I wouldn't hesitate to make the 12-hour round trip!

Bull 🐂 💩 wish I would have went some where else I had to find out through the finance companies that I was approved (more than one) and these people said I wasn’t they ran my name at least 20 and got approved for five of them and then they said I need a co signer my credit dropped 2 points just from all the inquiries!!🤬 I will never do business again with this company again thanks for nothing👎

Salesperson was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I at no time felt pressured or hurried to purchase. I specifically sought this salesperson since I had previously interacted with her on previous purchases.
