I have now bought 5 vehicle from Beth Dykhouse at Berger and will only deal with her. I am a numbers guy and I like to get in and get it done and they are great to work with.

quoted 367 for a ball joint replacement lol went to a

quoted 367 for a ball joint replacement lol went to a local mechanic got it done 200 that's with labor. Berger is way to overprice I guess that's why they call them stealerships don't waste your money here unless its warranty work and its free but even that work is questionable.

MJ was outstanding to work with and I never felt

MJ was outstanding to work with and I never felt pressured to sign a deal. When I had questions about the deal she went the extra mile to answer them or get the answer. I was pleased with the no nonsense/no pressure sales experience.

Jeff and Paul sold a 2009 Tacoma on march 5th knowing

Jeff and Paul sold a 2009 Tacoma on march 5th knowing they should have serviced it instead I get stuck with a failing transmission and multiple safety hazards that make this vehicle undriveable so now my family has to struggle financially not only did I pull out a 2500$ loan I put 7k/ all my money down just to get screwed so thanks Berger I will never purchase a vehicle again you did my family dirty this may be a 1 star but you get 0 from my word.
