Bad service.
Bad service. Oscar advised of a possible oil leak upon bringing it in however never called me back regarding it. He asked if I wanted the mechanic to look into and I said yes but never was looked. Wrote down I “respectfully declined” the multi point inspection but I was never asked. I made multiple attempts to call and speak with Oscar but he was never at his desk and never called back after multiple messages were left. Even when i eventually picked up the vehicle, he was not there. Once I picked up the vehicle, it was not driven up to the front. I was given the key and walked to the farthest north part of the parking lot to get it. I have had the vehicle serviced at the location before and never had a bad experience
