My onroad quote was upto my budget. Finance guy Avery Richey added all the optional addons without explaining me in details charged 3500$. He's very greedy, try to trick customers.

Best customer service! On March 20th I received an internet quote from Jose Magana. I had a question regarding the quote and he promptly replied back with the information requested. The quote given was the lowest quote I had received from other dealerships. I called Jose back asking if I could set up an appointment that day to test drive the car. Although he indicated he was busy with another customer, he said that I could come down as soon as I wanted and if he wasn't available he would have someone else help me. That afternoon I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Jose. He then introduced me to Adil Khan who would handle the transaction. Adil was extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous throughout the entire transaction. I test drove the car and Adil answered all my questions. At that point I was ready to purchase the vehicle. We went inside to do the paperwork. The purchase price was exactly as quoted in the email. There were no surprises. The car that I had chosen was a popular color and a number of other prospective customers were also interested. Adil had "reserved" the vehicle for me by promptly entering into the car I was interested in (which was the last one of that color on the lot). That was quite fortunate because another party had been interested in that same vehicle, but could not purchase it because of the "reservation" which was placed. Again, great customer service by Adil. I had a trade-in and was offered a fair and reasonable price. After all the paperwork had been completed and the car was ready, Jose was able to review the car systems one last time, which he did quite competently. Overall, the experience was excellent and low stress. Both Adil and Jose were well-qualified and honest in their dealings with me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone purchasing a new vehicle at Norm Reeves in Cerritos.

I traded in my 2012 Honda Civic Si, not because I didn't like it, but because I wanted a car with automatic transmission. Got a 2014 Honda Civic Coupe EXL with Navigation, and all the trimmings BEAUTIFUL!!! Such a gorgeous CAR!! The Deal was awesome!! was given good money for Honda Civic Si, and within hours drove off with my new car! Eduardo Mora is my salesperson and keep going back to him because he is so friendly, courteous, honest, and very, very professional, up until now have been given the best deals in town. Love this place. And let's not forget Ramsey M, he's in finance now! And because of them 2, I will continue to come to them and send all my family and friends. I went into this dealership as a last stop on a day of car shopping. I thought I wasn't going to be able to get something I wanted for the price I could afford. These two gentlemen (Sam Ahmad and Murat Tiryaki) went out of their way to get me in a car that day. They were very friendly and very easy to work with, and made the experience so easy. Wonderful customer service by Ray Tabatabai. He was really helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. I bought a new Honda Civic and fell in love with it right away. Ray then showed me how to work the navigation and the bluetooth system which was great!!! Will of course come back in 3 years to get help from this dealership again.
