I enjoyed the search experience of my purchased vehicle with Eduard Radulescu. He kindly educated me based on what I was looking for in a car. Edward was helpful and detailed enough to show me a couple vehicles. He helped me make a confident decision in purchasing a car that truly would be a best fit for me. Purchasing and processing with the finance department was a bit of an inconvenience. Felt a bit pressured through that process since paperwork processing was done really late at night. Possibly staffing more in finance department would be a better customer service experience and employee service and convenience. That is my reason as to why I review 4 starts instead of 5 stars.
