It was my first car buying experience so I was going in scared lol.. Edward listened to me and made sure I stayed on budget but still getting pretty much exactly what I wanted. I never thought that I would be getting a Honda, but when I saw the 2019 Honda Civic Sport I just had to get my hands on that car. I was a little skeptical because I knew my credit was not that great. But I was actually referred by a family friend to Diego Cruz because I was told that he was really good at what he does & that he would work with me to get me a good deal. This experience in getting my car was honestly the easiest it’s every been as well as the quickest. Diego was amazing he really helped me get the best deal that I could afford & he really worked with me & my mom as well & kept us in the loop pretty much the whole time so that way we can know what’s going on. Christy Nuval was probably the nicest and most accommodating person I met during my search for a new car. She was also able to get me a great price on the car I was looking for. The only issue I had came with the finance department, which was hesitant to honor the terms I had agreed to come in for. I had given them all the information they needed ahead of time to see if there were any potential red flags, and they even ran the numbers for me before I came, but they did not tell me there might be issues with financing until I was ready to sign and pay. It should not have been a suprise to them since they knew everything ahead of time; they tried to get me into another financing deal which would have added +$500 to my total cost. That would be the only blemish on a otherwise great experience. Christy is an angel and I'd recommend her to anyone!
