Contacted the dealership to purchased a 2017 Mercedes

Contacted the dealership to purchased a 2017 Mercedes C300 cabriolet that was advertised and sold as Certified Pre Owned. When I showed up for an appointment for the next day, the salesman (who was very nice) didn't seem to know the vehicle and then acted surprised when I said it was CPO but said it was. Vehicle supposedly went thru CPO checks. It was delivered with a small amount of trash in the door, a CD stuck in the player, the previous owner's information in the manual, and low tire pressure 10 miles into the drive home. I expected more from a luxury car dealership. Positive is the people were very nice and friendly. The dealership was clean. 5 days later, got a call that it wasn't accepted as a CPO. Was offered a third-party aftermarket warranty for the same price as the CPO and the MB CPO extended warranty. GM called and said it was a 6 month error on a couple manager's part. Seems like the staff doesn't know corporate policies? GM offered a third-party warranty at the same price as a MB CPO. When rejected offered the vehicle at a slightly less price. I returned the vehicle the next day. Make sure you have them check everything before you pull off in what you think is your first Mercedes... better yet, I recommend using a different MB dealership.

Great Tech Service

I recommend anyone needing service for their Mercedes Benz, choose service tech Buddy Lim. Definitely a step above the rest, if I could leave a cash tip, I would. Straight forward and honest. In fact when I upgrade my car, I'm going to ask Buddy which salesman to use, if he trust him, so can I.

Typical shifty auto service department.

Car serviced at dealership because of recall. I would not recommend bringing your vehice to this dealership. They're dishonest, rude, and untrustworthy. Trust me, Stay away!

Acura MDX 2017

I recently had the pleasure of working with the salesman Chris Kang who helped me close a deal on 2017 Acura MDX. He was great to work with throughout the process. The management also worked with me to get a best possible deal. Overall very happy with the purchase. I especially recommend Chris Kang because he will do his best to get you what you need.

Fantastic Service

After a pleasant service experience (in which they worked to get me in while still under warranty), I brought my mother in as her lease was nearing the end. The salesman, Marlon, and the manager, Isaac, couldn’t have been nicer to deal with and she ended up signing the papers that day. Although long term Mercedes customers, we had become disappointed with the level of service (and, let’s be honest, the price) we were being given by our normal dealer. Marlon and Isaac, and the service department, were a pleasure to do business with, and I have every intention to return when my own lease is up.

LOVE Open Road Mercedes Benz of Bridgewater!

I have oniy positive remarks...Working with my sales consultant Alex Chung at Bridgewater MB was honestly THE BEST car buying experience that I have ever had. If I recall correctly, I have gone through this process at least 15 other times at many other dealerships and never really walked away feeling unscathed. Alex Chung and Isaac Morgan bring so much class to the Mercedes dealership and are clearly well suited for this level of excellence! I will continue to spread the word on how wonderful this dealership is and refer my friends and family who are looking for their next luxury car directly these gentlemen.

Larry Deutchman, Dedicated Smart Brand manager

This is the first time I've ever owned an electric car, so I had many questions. Larry was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He also provided me with very specific information, advice and paperwork; for example, regarding sales tax, that saved me a lot of money. I love my electric car and Larry helped make the transition very easy.

After visiting other Mercedes Benz stores I went into the Bridgewater store and was lucky enough to get Michael as my salesman. He is very talented and knows more about the brand then anyone else I met. He made me feel very comfortable buying from him unlike the others guys that treat women not same way! When you visit Open Road Mercedes ask for Michael Vurchio to see why he is the Best!

Be SMART 2

I own a Smart ForTwo 2013 ED and I love the car. I placed a order for the new ED. I really will miss my first Smart. >>> The Smart sales person is a customer-oriented professional and has a Smart mind set to advise you on the car functionality and the best configurations. >> The Smart ForTwo ED is quick of the line, fun to drive, super quiet, easy to get in and out, keeps up with local traffic and highway (65-70 mi/h). Amazingly, the small truck (yes, it has one) can either pile up 6 bags of mulch, or place 7 grocery bags easily in it. I am positive there are many car buyers that could be a Smart owner but their mind set and lack of knowledge about the car's features and safety prefer to buy either a SUV or sedan for their daily commute. They drive alone, less than 50 mi/day, during the week and carry/waste 3-4 empty seats, occupy extra space on the road, waste horsepower (they don't rev more than 4000 rpm, or don't drive above 70 mi/h) and have other SUV or sedans in the garage! If you have a BIG EGO but don't think SMART I am sure you will be wasting lots of things.
