We just purchased a 2006 Chev Suburban from Jakobsen Motor Co. Purchasing a vehicle over the internet was a pretty scary thought, but Casey at Jakobsen Motor Co. made it very easy and comfortable. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and honestly! He sent numerous pictures to show the truck in detail and described to us what the pictures did not clearly show. The truck when delivered 2000 miles away, was everything that was promised to us by Casey and the Jakobsen Motor Co. I would not hesitate to send anyone to them to purchase a vehicle. Other companies we talked to before Casey and Jakobsen were just "used car salesmen" and the tactics you expect from them.

checked lots of dealers on line. Liked what they had, drove 140 miles to look it over. Truck was as advertized nothing hidden. Dealer answered all questions honest and openly.Bought the truck that day. great shopping trip.

Purchased a 2004 Ford Ranger with low miles. Everything went well thru the purchased. Casey said if I have any problems to get back to him. I had my local garage take an overall look at this truck and found the rear lights not working . There was a damaged cable under the truck . Called Casey and he said to make repair and send the bill , which I did and a check was mailed out in 2-3 days covering the expence. I was well satified and would recommend them to anyone . I was looking for a specific vehicle and found it at Jakobsen. I had never purchased something like this online, but struck a fair deal and drove from Western New York to take it for a drive and buy it. There was a squeak under the hood, no mechanic was available that day so Casey told me to have my home shop perform the repair and he would pay the bill. It all went just like that. I've got a great low mileage 2500 Suburban and a place to go when I want my next one.

After finding my 2005 Honda Civic GX Natural Gas vehicle here, I did my research and after 2 phone calls and a few emails made a great deal with John without even physically seeing the vehicle. Drove over 700 miles a few days later, found the car in even better condition than I expected. Closed the deal with Casey, John was out of town, with absoluely no surprises. By far the cleanest,smoothest and best auto purchase I ever made.
