The truck delivered was exactly what was described. Transaction and delivery went really smooth... Driver was patient and courteous while our mechanic checked out the truck.

I enjoyed dealing with Casey. He was very knowledgeable with the product and doing the sale via long distance. This was easier than buying a new vehicle. Arrangements for delivery 2000 miles away went without a hitch. He was very eager to replace the missing jack that I discovered a few days after delivery. The only thing I missed and don't want to bother Casey with is the missing lug wrench. I'm enjoying the van as I type since I have just driven from MT to UT with my ATV in the back. I shopped around at a number of dealers and feel I got the best deal on a fine low mileage truck at Jakobsen. They were fair and easy to work with. No hard sale. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a nice used vehicle.
