My salesman Steven Gutierrez was excellent. Went above and beyond what I’ve ever seen with a salesman. I’ve been buying cars for many years and never had... a salesman that I liked this much. Now for customer service... Horrible!!! First was waiting on a call about bringing the car in to install the remote start. I had to bother Steven because the service department never called. They finally did. Then waiting on a check to return my old car. I was told 2 weeks I would get a check. Had to once again bother Steven who reached out to the higher ups to find out what was going on. My wife eventually just called the Sales manager Charlie Czerniawski who was extremely arrogant and rude on the phone. Told her he wails call her back in a few hours when he found out about the check. A whole day went by and he didn’t call back. Then she had to call him the next day. To just be lied to that he would have the check the next day. Just so happened the next day we had the appointment for the remote start install so we went in to see what was going on with the check this was Friday. Charlie being arrogant and rude again said it’s a holiday weekend and they won’t be able to print a check until Tuesday. The original 2 weeks we were told is now 3 weeks. Charlie tells us to call him on Tuesday (the day after Labor Day) in the morning. I call him and get no answer and leave a message. He never calls back. We had to once again bother Steven who got our check a day or two later and actually drove to Staten Island to bring it to us. Still never received a call from Charlie... Then let’s talk about the headache getting the registration. We received a temporary registration for the car. Gave them an early heads up that it expired on September 10th and to please mail it to us when it comes in. By September 9th we still didn’t receive it so called the dealership and told them. They said they still didn’t have it. Was told to callback tomorrow. So now September 10th we call and a female I spoke to says it’s still not in and I would have to go there and get a new temporary. Is a second issued temporary even legal? Now I’m stuck the last day of the registration trying to figure out where to find the time to drive all the way there on top pay the tolls. So I call Charlie Czerniawski to ask him what options we have. Of course no answer so I leave a voicemail. Just so happen that I had to go to New Jersey that morning so hey maybe this will work out. I call him again just over an hour later. No answer. Now I’m in New Jersey so I call again and once again no answer. So I leave another message. So now I call Steven. I find out he’s off but tells me he will call Charlie and have him call me. Over an hour later still no call from Charlie. I speak to Steven and he tells me he spoke to Charlie and gave him my number. I call the store now and speak to the same female I spoke to earlier and she tells me the registration is still not in and if I bring the 4Runner in they can issue a new one. I explain my situation and she transfers me to Charlie. Did he answer? Nope... end result Steven was the only one that helped in this whole mess for a month. The female that I spoke to finally called back and said the registration just came in. At 3:20 in the afternoon. So I had to load my kids in the car when I got home from work and drive back to New Jersey to pickup the registration. And the registration was dated the day before. Talk about waiting till the last minute. So what I’ll tell everyone is if your buying a car from them and need something aftermarket installed. Or will have to wait for a check. Or need you registration on time. Or not want to deal with a sales manager that is rude to woman and does not return calls then go somewhere else. Almost 30 years of buying cars and I have never had to deal with as many headaches as I did here.
Team did their absolute best to accommodate and cater to our needs to seal the deal.Tom, our salesman, was very nice and professional . We felt relaxed... and not pressured by him.
I had terrible experiences at the dealerships I went to prior to Sansone Mazda. The Mazda guys were great from start to finish ... I dealt with Steve Sansone... the general manager Francois my sales consultant and Sam in finance. They kept my concerns intact through the process. Love my Mazda 6 !
I had a very pleasant experience shopping and buying my RAV4. My salesman Q was professional, knowledgeable, and fair. I gave exact details of what I wanted... and Q delivered exactly what I requested. Q went the extra mile to pick up my car and bring it to the dealership!
