I've been bringing my Toyota Tacoma to Sansone Toyota for service, but my recent experience was unacceptable. After an oil change, I discovered oil leaking from a loose drain plug that was hand-tight at best, almost completely draining the engine. When I brought it back, they claimed a missing washer was the issue, but it's clear the plug was simply not tightened. This follows a previous visit where I had to request missing bolts for my skid plate and it held in place with zip ties. I will not be returning.
