The service manager Alex made sure my repairs was done in a timely manner because I had to get back to work. I appreciated that he was able to accommodate my request, and thank him very much.

My experience there was good. The people were professional and courteous. The waiting time was a little longer than I anticipated, but the service was good

Alex greeted me after I pulled my vehicle into the enclosed service area. Although I did not have an appointment, he told me that they would take a look at my vehicle and sure enough, within a few minutes in the waiting area he came out to explain what their mechanic had found wrong with the vehicle. Not only that, but they text you along the way to make sure you know what's going on. I approved the repair, and Alex offered me vouchers for a meal in the lunchroom upstairs, which was amazing customer service (and props to the lunch staff upstairs too - great pizza delivered to the table). Alex was so friendly and also very informative during the entire process. I will definitely take my car back to Sansone for future repairs.
