I had bought my lease at sansone Toyota, I went back to buy out the lease. I met with Steven Gutierrez he was awesome. Will be going back to Steven next time.

Went for an oil change. Over 2 HRS later finally got my car back after yelling at the service advisor. No manager to be found even though I complained to him earlier that was taken too long. Items that should have been done were never done. Tire pressure was never checked and maintenance due light still on in car. Had to look online to find out how to reset it. Do not ever use this dealer. They are not reputable about completing the service you are paying for.
