Charlie Bruce is conscientious and a trustworthy service advisor. My service work was done when promised and the repair cost was less than quoted at other shops. All three of our vehicles are serviced at Auburn Chrysler.

Excellent service throughout the experience. The salesman was no pressure, get to point and got answers. The finance lady was superb even when the software system was down (she had to hand write all doc during this period due to a hacking issue that all auto sales dealership experienced).

Have had my vehicle serviced here twice and both times, the staff was absolutely amazing. Charles Bruce was my advisor and he was so nice and very professional. I dropped my car off and expected for the repair to take all day but it was done in only 3 hrs. Their service and hospitality is why I don’t mind driving 45 mins to them whenever I need servicing.
