All of the staff I work with at Auburn Jeep has been wonderful! The shop foreman to the service advisors and the warranty administrator all deeply care for the satisfaction of their customers and it really shows!

Best customer service!

Best customer service! Charlie Bruce is my favorite to work with, as he is informative, kind, knowledgeable, and the best advisor I’ve ever worked with! This dealership gives dealerships a good name! Auburn Jeep is truly the best!

I purchased a 2021 Grand Cherokee.

I purchased a 2021 Grand Cherokee. The whole experience was exceptional. Josh Mcclanahan was so kind and friend and i felt no pressure. I was completely frustrated with car shopping because of the sales people. Josh was completely opposite. I bought the car even though I was just planning to test drive it. Also, Jackie in finance was a pleasure to work with. This is a great dealership to work with. Solid and kind!!

Had a recall for my 2016 Jeep renegade and what a great experience!! Charles Bruce the service advisor was awesome! Very helpful and got my jeep back to me before the end of the day. Thank you so much

I made my service appointment using their online app

I made my service appointment using their online app about 2 weeks in advance. My appointment was confirmed by the app the morning of the appointment. But when I showed up there was a large discrepancy in cost that turned out to have been caused by errors in their online application. I spoke to Val my service writer and Brandon the GM. Brandon looked into the situation and made it right for me. I really appreciate they listened and they made it right. I will be back.

We decided to go to Auburn instead of our more local

We decided to go to Auburn instead of our more local Roseville dealership..... it was so easy to pull into the lot, find a parking spot for our second car"we left our Ram truck there for overnight"..... we were helped immediately.

Robert Brassfield handled a complicated insurance claim

Robert Brassfield handled a complicated insurance claim for a transmission repair for me that was much smoother than I expected. He is definitely service orientated for his customers. The mechanic who worked on my car was also very good and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I've forgotten his name.

Anthony Stevens is outstanding, he is consistently

Anthony Stevens is outstanding, he is consistently considerate, understanding and truly wants to fix whatever you came there for and leave satisfied. He takes the time to explain what is happening with your vehicle and what you can expect in terms of completion time and cost. Frustration can easily set in with the customer and Anthony remains helpful, upbeat and professional. He is one of the reasons I keep coming there for my vehicle needs. Give him a raise !!
