Great showroom, comfortable environment

My wife and I visited a number of dealerships and kept returning to Nelson. Relatively new salesman was well trained and very professional. Will return when we need next vehicle!!

Great Shopping Experience

I was very clueless coming in. Tim was fantastic. He explained everything from the engine to the A/C to including video. They helped me reach my monthly payment, after much fighting on my behalf. :) It was a great experience!

Great Customer Service

We were thrust into buying a new car when our current one died suddenly. From the moment we were told our car was beyond repair, Doug Green stepped in and took care of us as if we had known each other for years. He respectufully bent over backwards to make things work. Easily the best customer service i've seen out of a salesman. He made a stressful tragedy into a day of hope of renewal

Great Dealership!

My wife and I had a great buying experience. Eric Hunter and John Crabtree were absolutely awesome to deal with. We highly recommend this dealership. We would most definitely buy from Nelson Mazda again.

Great service Job Rober and Matt.!!!

With a son about to set off to college we stopped by Nelson Mazda; one of many dealerships that we visited. We were pretty frustrated by pushy sales people in many of the other dealerships, who obviously assumed we did not know what we were looking at. Looking at used and not being brand specific, associates Robert Foster and a trainee named Matt were very attentive, truthful, and very sincere. They were very careful to protect our criteria we wanted in a car, price, size, brands, appearance, age, etc?. After driving, and looking at a variety of cars on the computer Robert had the courage to show us one that had just been traded in, not yet detailed and still unpolished. He assured me that the maintenance had been done faithfully by the previous owner, much at Nelson Mazda. We test drove it in the rain, and in spite of adverse weather--coming down in buckets-- he hung in there. Both boys had great ?can do? attitudes, were very respectful. Robert knew what he could do for us and what he could not, which freed me up to ?meet him in the middle? and I walked away with a great deal. Good associates reflect a likely hood of good management, which puts Nelson Mazda in a great place before the customer. Thank you for all the good work guys!!! Some businesses ?get it? and some don?t!

Sterling was awesome!!

The people here were very nice. Everyone was very friendly and had smiles on their faces. Made this a nice experience. They even said a prayer with me. :) Would recommend this place to people.

Great People, Great Experience, Great Vehicle!!!

I recently returned from an overseas deployment with the US Navy and the last thing I wanted to do was spend a couple of days car shopping. Thanks to the wonderful experience we had in dealing with the folks at Nelson Nissan there was nothing to worry about. From the moment we stepped into their comfortable showroom until we walked out with the keys to our new car in our hand the process was smooth and painless. There was never any of the high pressure gimmicks that we have experienced at other places, our salesman, Sterling Ellis, was knowledgeable and very patient with us as we went through the process. We got a great deal on a great vehicle, but that was almost secondary to the way that we were treated. We will definitely be coming back!!
