Worst experience at a dealership
Was left outside in the heat without anyone offering to help. When they finally did the told me that the price on the car is what you pay, that they don't negotiate. You just pay what price is on the car. Unbelievable. "Yes, please screw me over and I'll pay whatever you say."

Used car purchase
Bought my car 11/30/18. My salesman Carlos was great, however I found out Friday evening at dark I had no brights! Also a front parking light out. I would think having no brights would be a safety issue. I called on the following Monday and let them know, as I didn't want to bother anyone on Saturday. I called 5 days in a row and finally on Friday I was told the Manager said it wasn't a safety issue and they wouldn't fix the bright switch! I'm 61 and have trouble seeing at night and use my brights when at all possible. My daughter and I have been looking for a car for my granddaughter who is turning 16. We saw a couple on line that we liked, at your store, but my daughter refused to even go look after how I was treated. Needless to say, I am disappointed!

Nightmare
Truly a nightmare experience. Horrible car, warranty, and management. The final straw was that the paint was literally ripped off by a simple bumper sticker. Tom the Manager would take no resposnibility. Nelson says it will “make a believer out of you.” It only made a sucker out of me. Sad!

Nightmare

Good buying experience.
Overall shopping experience here was very good. We didnt feel pressured to buy which was really refreshing. We did end up buying a used Kia which was in our budget and the over all condition was very good. It has a couple of small issues one I noticed when we looked at it and they have ordered the part for it and one I didnt notice till later and figured that was on me.

great experience
We found the car we liked 2 weeks before we were in a position to buy it. Nelson Mazda went out of their way to accommodate us and held the car. No pressure. Great pricing and a fair trade in value. Best car buying experience ever.

Mazda6 Sport Manual purchase
Traveled from the OKC area to Tulsa to purchase this vehicle. Previously, a local dealer in OKC took twice as long to offer half as much for my trade-in and $3K more for the new car. Yes, the trip was worth it. Jeff Lewis and everyone at the dealership treated us very well.

Cheated by a "Christian Organization"
Bought a used Honda Odyssey, had a tension pulley that was bad when we bought it on August 10th 2018. This part took a week to get it fixed and the vehicle was detailed, the serpintine belt was not replaced. After picking up the Odyssey on the 17th of August we took it to the Honda Dealer to have the recalls completed that Nelson Mazda sales oerson could not fin on the carfax. The recalls were performed and the Honda dealer found that the back breaks were at 3mm which means that they woukd soon be metal on metal. So the car sat for 4 more days. After getting it home. The next morning there was a knocking in the engine and we took it back to the Honda dealer. It was the tension pulley fir the timing belt. They ask us to contact Nelson mazda. Which we did as well as the EasyCare extended warranty plan and the warranty would not cover any expenses because it had not been driven far enough. I contacted Nelson Mazda again and the sales person that sold me the car told me to drive the car until it breaks and then EasyCare would fix it. They already knew avout the timing belt tensioner so the engine could cost over $8000.00 tp fix. Nelso Mazda did not offer help in getting the problem fixed. We had driven the automobile a total of 3 days during an 18 day period. I tried to call Tom the general sales manager and he has yet to call me back. So far I have been out $1300.00 in repairs and the dealership that sold the car Nelson Mazda has not cared whar happened.. They are not a Christian Organization.which set them on a higher plain. They are a typical dealership. Sell the car and not take care of the customer. I would recommend not going there for a used car they did not check out the vehicle and if they did, they did not let the customer know about whar is needed to fix it. They priced the Odyssey as if there was nothing wrong with it.
