Paid $365 to replace 3 tire pressure sensors. After paying, the alarm immediately came on again. Turned around and was told the fourth sensor was out,... but it was too late in the day to replace the sensor. I was told "sorry," and was sent on my way. Unacceptable.
Wan't sure at first but gave a shot due to Credit. Took awhile but don't believe everything you read. Give them a try for yourself...
Seriously the WORST place ever! I tried speaking with someone over the phone and via email to see if I could get some help prior to driving an hour there.... I was told I had to come in, as they couldn't be sure I was really me.. or something of the bs sort.. So I make an appointment and I leave from work, driving 1.5 hours having no idea if they could even help me. Guess what..?? They couldn't! Patrick Howard, a sales manager, looked me in my face and told me had I told them I was over an hour away, they would have helped me over the phone.. ummm? What? I did..! He then tells me that he will be "handling the situation personally" with said employees the next day. After over an hour of waiting, I was told they didn't have any information for me as it was too late, and someone would call me tomorrow.. so I drove an hour home.. not sure what to expect. Well it is tomorrow.. and I haven't heard a god xxxx thing, so I guess I shouldn't have expected much.. job well done boys!
Damaged Car high interest= $660 monthly, w/out seeing carfax and vehicle amount. Received a called from Blake, that's when I informed him that I never... saw the carfax or the price of the Mazda I wanted. He explained we spoke about the carfax, I asked and spoke is two different things. What baffled me was how can they contact a financial institution regarding a loan, and never show what they want for the vehicle. Once I stated this to Blake, he was very apologetic, then went on to still try and sale me the car, and tell me the payments are high, and if I could handle those payments for 18 months, I could refinance. That just shows me that FOGG is a dealership that false advertise, that don't help, they dig a deeper hole for people, and they're very sneaky and shady people. Run for the hills...
Very disappointed with the sales person, would not return calls or give me the information I was asking for, i never got to even go over numbers before... I said screw it and not waste anymore time or my patients with someone who doesnt care, I dont recommend this place to anyone.
I bring home over $350. a week. I have a vehicle but they didn't want to take the payments on the truck from me. They told me I own too much for my truck... from what the Kelly book price. So for me they didn't make a deal. And this was before they even checked my credit score. So this one dime down and at least 350 a week isn't true stay away from this place.
