I made an appt.

I made an appt. to look at a few cars. I got there, signed in , and the guy I made the appt with was with another customer. All the cars were locked up tight. I went in to ask for a key to look at one of the cars, she got the key, aimed it at the car to open it, and put the key back on the hook. I couldn’t start it to look at the displays. I waited over an hour from my appt time, and not another person came out to help me. I was insulted - my time is so hard to come by, and they just blew me off. I left. Will never go back there for anything, will never recommend them.

Don’t waste your time

Scam. Don’t accept bad credit with no money down, regardless of earnings. People out there hoping this may be true, don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else. Despite laying out everything over the phone, so I didn’t waste my time, I wasted my time. Gave an estimate of my income, my credit score, trade etc. Was told to come on in, and was told I needed $4,000 down or a co-signer.

Very very unhappy

I went to Foggs because I had heard good things. But nothing good happened. Everyone was nice at first but then as time went on, I was talked to like I was stupid and offers were made to me that I made very very clear I was not interested in. Needless to say, I left there very angry with no car. Very disappointed.

Very shady stealership.

Very shady stealership. My daughter applied for a loan using me as a co-signer. Foggs listed me as primary applicant and my daughter as co-signer for loans. Very suspicious if you ask me!!

Do Not Go to Foggs

I have to tell you this place is the most dishonest dealership I have every dealt with. They advertise how they work with people who have bad credit and call it "credit amnesty" and "one dime down" what a crock of bull. Granted my credit is not good but that is why I went there. I ended up going to Fuccillo on State street and purchased an SUV there. Foggs is a crock of crap

I wound up being pretty disappointed with this place.

I wound up being pretty disappointed with this place. I've been working with them for about three weeks. The first day I sat down with Brendan (and also spoke a bit with Jay), I laid out very clearly what I could afford per month and what I could put down. On that initial day, they really didn't have anything available that would work for me. However, over the course of the next two weeks, I kept in contact with both Jay and Brendan, and at one point, Jay called and left a voicemail telling me that they had a couple of cars that would 'work for me.' Keep in mind, I had been very specific about my budget and the cash that I could put down so they had those figures. So today I went down to see what cars they had that, in their words 'would work for me.' To make a long story short, they made an offer of $500 for my trade in and $281 BI-WEEKLY for a 2019 Hyundai Accent with 50 thousand miles on it. So essentially a $600/month car payment on a used car. Seriously? My rent is $700 hahaha. Granted, my credit sucks. But why be dishonest with me about what you can and cannot do to help my situation? You knew beforehand what I had to work with. You are just wasting my time and yours. I wonder what they are smoking down there. Has to be some really good stuff. I am too polite to laugh in anyone's face, so I didn't. But I wanted to. As I side note, I very clearly remember Jay, during my first visit, telling me that the least amount they offer on a trade in was $1000..... so why are you now telling me your offer is $500? Again, laughable. But like I said, I am a polite individual so I kept my composure well. The Hyundai was one of the cheapest on the lot so I didn't even ask to find out how a couple of other cars might work. Pointless. Bottom line, I don't understand why they contacted me, telling me they had a couple of cars that would work for me, knowing full well the figures I gave them. Complete waste of time with a little bit of dishonestly thrown in. I also wanted to giggle about the tag-team game Jay and Brendan had going on..hahaha. Guys, if you're reading this, try being a little less obvious about that game you got going :)

I had such an amazing experience at FOGG'S! The people...

I had such an amazing experience at FOGG'S! The people are all wonderful, kind, funny, hard working. The grounds are clean, neat and safe. The building was immaculate and welcoming. Marcus was my salesman and he was outstanding! He was funny, nice, and listened to everything I said. He did not try to speak over me, did not try to push me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. He was helpful and thorough. I had had a very bad prior experience with a different car sales place so when I arrived I was a bit nervous and apprehensive. I am a female and I was by myself. I soon realized I had nothing to worry about at FOGG'S. From the minute you walk through the door you feel welcomed and at ease. No one gets in your face, no one tries any high pressure sales tactics. My whole experience with FOGG'S was fantastic and my Rogue is exactly what I wanted & is beautiful! I will definitely be returning to FOGG'S for all future car needs and I am planning to recommend FOGG'S to any friend or family member in the market for a vehicle. GO TO FOGG'S AUTOMOTIVE FOR YOUR CAR NEEDS!!! YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!! THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! Thank you to Marcus, Pat & Nikki!! You all are outstanding!
