I went in to test drive a new Q5 . I spent 30 min looking at options and prices . And being told I was uninformed about Audi and there options was told to just have blind faith and make a commitment to order what I wanted . It may have been easier if at anytime I was actually offered to even touch a car to see if I liked the option ! I recognize they didn't have a perfect vehicle there as per the build sheet but they may have had a vehicle that I would have bought. Jorge told me that maybe Audi wasn't the vehicle for me in a condescending attitude and for that I thank him for saving me from having to deal with the poor customer experience in the future. I'm sure there is another dealer that will be willing to help me with a purchase and service for the future .

When we leased, the second key mysteriously disappeared. They ordered a second and when we went to get the first month's check and key they'd lost the second key again. We'd called to make an appointment 2 weeks earlier. They had 2 weeks to make sure they had it and still screwed up. We made an appointment so I really do not think a 2.5 hour wait for a simple check is acceptabe. Outrageous! Poor customer service. Poor follow through. No one came to tell us why there was a delay.I left feeling that I was invisible and not important enough. Doubt I would ever buy or lease from them again!!
