Disrespectful treatment of qualified customer
We were impressed with a used truck on Friday. We returned on Sunday and were held for half of the day doing paperwork to purchase the truck and waiting while a young buyer ahead of us by a few hours applied for financing. We never received a considerate follow-up call. On Monday we called again and were told wait til Tuesday. On Tuesday we called and were told all knowledgeable staff had the day off...no information or acknowledgement of our concerns.

love the Equinox
I love my Equinox and overall the process was fine. The salesman was great, very helpful. My biggest complaint was the service department and the chip repair that needed to be done as part of the deal. The first shot at a fix was horrible. It looked like someone put a chewed up piece of gum on the front of my car. they told me that the pearl color was hard to match but this wasn't even on the color wheel. When I pointed it out to the service guy, it felt to me like he was annoyed that I wasn't acceptant of the job. I brought it back to be re-done and the second job was better but still not the greatest. If what was done to fix a simple rock chip is considered their level of excellence then I will be taking my car elsewhere for service. I was also a little annoyed at the fact that if I hadn't realized that my temp license was up and needed to get my plates, I would have never gotten them as I never received a call when the permanent ones came in.
My daughter's sweet sixteen gift!
I was looking for a car to buy my daughter for her 16th birthday. I went to Speedwaychevrolet.com and found a couple of cars that I thought would work for her and would also fit in my budget. After meeting with Justin my sales person and walking through the cars I had picked out to go through and telling Justin that I was looking for a 16th birthday gift for my daughter he went on line to find out if their was a better car for her in their other dealerships that he could offer me. Justin made it all about finding her and I the perfect fit for her and my budget. He found me a car that was under my budget and perfect for her. It is a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu very clean and with low miles. All because he didn't try to sell me just what was in front of him but took the time to go through all of the five dealerships that the Lee Johnson family owns. In the end I was able to make my daughters 16th birthday perfect!
