Lauterbach Buick-GMC

I had been looking for a new vehicle for quite a while. Had to been to a larger dealership out of town and was not treated well. Went in to see Doug to test drive a GMC Terrain. There was never any pressure nor did I feel like I was wasting his time. Came back the next day and decided on a Terrain, the process was the easiest I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend Doug and the Lauterbach team when buying a vehicle!

We had a good experience at Lautenbach in Newton. They had what we wanted and we enjoyed working with sales, finance and the owner who even went out of his way to have mats delivered to us. Great people, and thankful for the respect we were given.

Great dealership, they know how to deliver a great customer experience. They were extremely responsive to our used car needs, and were ready for us when we arrived. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and knowledgeable. I have bought several vehicles over the past 4 years, and this dealership was far beyond all of the others in delivering a great customer experience. I have been buying cars at Lauterbachs for over 20 years. What I like the most about dealing with them is they do not high pressure you. I have always been treated fairly by Dean, Jason, Ken, Brian, Joe andJeff. I always have all my maintenance done there also.
