Extended waranty
Bought the expensive extended waranty. Had an issue. Brought vehicle back to dealership....was routed to 4 different buildings before having to ask for service manager.....he then told me it was a third party that handled extended waranty....going on 3 weeks with 3rd party and nothing resolved yet.

Bought a 2016 Ford Fusion
Worked with Blake(Carsales men) and I believe Jeff was the finance guy. They both were great. Would have liked to have the payments a little lower(probably more on my end credit wise) but I think they worked out the best deal they could.

Awesome experience! Great salesman!
Got a great deal on a 2016 Ford Explorer, they allowed a nice amount for my trade and my salesman, Kory Swan was very patient and excellent to work with. The finance manager, Nick Williams was also very easy to work with and super professional. Highly recommend Dewey Ford and working with Kory and Nick!

Outstanding
Looking for new vehicle. The dealership had several that were interesting and close to my price range. The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions.

Will NEVER do business with this Dealership AGAIN!
Our ordeal with this dealership began last year when we purchased a vehicle from this dealership at the beginning of October 2018. We were supposed to receive our spare key in a couple weeks over the mail after purchasing the vehicle. We made several calls to schedule a time when we could pick it up or even get someone to let us know what the deal was with that. Today i went in there to get service on the vehicle (a simple oil change and car wash) and to inquire about the key which we never got. They stated that it would take 30 to 45 minutes for us to get this done. I sat there for over three and a half hours to only get an oil change no car wash and to be told ONCE AGAIN that my key would be sent over the mail. This is by far the WORST customer service i have ever seen or experienced when dealing with a car dealership. Needless to say i would not recommend anyone to purchase the additional package for free service on your vehicle unless you want to waste an entire afternoon drinking cheap coffee and eating stale popcorn.

Dayra, I’m very sorry to hear that we have not met your expectations and we’d like to apologize for how inconvenient it has been to get answers about your vehicle’s spare key. I’d like to speak with you personally to learn more about what happened and try to make it right. Will you please reach out to me directly at tsaenz@deweyford.com? Thank you. -Teri Saenz, General Manager

Will never work with this company again
Our family has purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the last 15 years. The customer service that we have experienced in the last 4 years has been absolutely awful! In addition has scarred our credit bureau and affected us do to their horrible financing process. Our awful experience started with Dewey Dodge in 2015 when we purchased a new Eco Diesel. The finance person ran credit for my husband and I and sent our application to creditors that didn't even offer the type of financing we were looking for. So they were automatic denials. We went in person and dealt with the finance person, he was able to get us approved through the credit union we wanted originally. We purchased the vehicle and within the next month we were receiving denial letters daily. Our credit declined dramatically due to all of the inquiries and denial of credit and impacted us for about two years. After this experience we vowed we would never, ever allow a dealership to find us financing. We would get our own financing. A couple years later my husband wasn't getting the improvements that he wanted out of the Eco Diesel and we traded two cars in and purchased to vehicles from Dewey Ford. The only reason we ever went back to this company was from a friends referral. We purchased $88K in vehicles during this transaction but came with our own financing. We still had to sit through the finance process which is draining, exhausting and way too time consuming. Fast forward to this year when my vehicle was totaled and we went to Southtown in Indianola to purchase a vehicle with no trade. We had been doing service with Southtown and for the most part they seemed to do a good job minus scheduling. It takes for ever to get in for an appointment but that seems to be an issue everywhere. Southtown would not work with me at all on pricing, they tried to talk me into another vehicle and also tried to talk me into going into the finance office to see if their finance guys could get me a better deal than the financing I walked in with. We drove to Kansas City to purchase the same vehicle for several thousand dollars less. The truck my husband purchased from Dewey Ford started having some real service issues and we decided that we were sick of dumping money into it, my husband went in, in the evening after banks were closed to see about trading it in. The guy we had worked with in the past from our friend referral wasn't in but they guaranteed the next best person. So they went into finance, my husband hadn't had time to go and get financing ahead of time. He explained to finance we only wanted one credit union to work with and this guy provided him with three credit unions he thought were a good idea to run credit through, they agreed to only those three. No signatures from anyone were provided, I wasn't present. That following day he said there wasn't anything he could do. We went to Granger Motors who has been the best dealership we've ever worked with, their selection just doesn't always have what we are looking for which is the only reason we haven't bought from them every time. Granger gave us $10K more for our trade and after getting 12 credit inquiries from my husbands trip to Dewey (only 3 were agreed upon) we wouldn't let Granger Motors do our financing. We called into our credit union and they explained because we tried to do direct financing from Dewey they couldnt' do anything for 30 days. I escalated to a manager with the credit union and explained the situation. Then found out Dewey had requested credit of more than $90K. Which was way over anything we were looking for. Our credit union had to completely rework the deal and we purchased from Granger. Now sitting here 30 days after Dewey ran my credit through at least 12 different creditors, I received 10 letters in the mail that were all denials and AGAIN those creditors didn't even offer that financing\!! My fico has went down 37 points since the credit pulls and i have 5 hard inquiries from Dewey. I called the finance guy to confront him and ask why he ran our credit through so many banks, he basically told me that my husband was lying. I've left a message for the manager who we have worked with in the past and was referred to us by a friend and still no phone call back. I am so dissatisfied with this whole entire company! I trusted this dealership with my credit report and for the second time they completely screwed us over. The finance guy isn't listed below to choose from (Nick Williams)

Good customer service
We have had our 2nd visit for oil changes and a tire repair. We have been working with Jacob Christine as soon as we pull in the service entry he greets us and starts getting the service paper work ready and welcome my family into the nice and clean waiting area.

Very good
The staff was very professional, kind courteous they were able to answer most questions without assistance. We appreciated their patience and the fact that they were not too pushy.
