Terrible service, I let them know.

Terrible service, I let them know. I was going to pick up my car and I show up after service hours. The sales department says they don’t have a key and they have no one that can unlock the service department. And tells me go home and come back tomorrow. Then sales manager oscar proceeds to say I’m not gonna bother my manager with this. You have to come back tomorrow.

Gab and Abigail were amazing. Abigail was very patient, courteous, helpful with excellent customer service. With the help of Gab, he made it happen for me and I walked away with the best deal possible for my Honda. Thank you so much for all your hard work and for helping me with my Honda Accord. You two are truly amazing. Very happy with my purchase.

I was already considering a new car, and the trade-in value for my older Honda Accord was much better than I expected. That made the decision easy—I went ahead and purchased a CR-V on the spot.
