Norm Reeves Honda Superstore - West Covina

2 my children’s car was purchased at norm reeves Honda West Covina ( 2008& 2010 Honda Civic.came back 2013 to sell our 2008 car. Our experience was always awesome from the salesperson by the door all the way to finance.And because of that experience we chose to come for another purchase. We came 2/26/19 for a trade in of our 2010 Honda and purchase and EVERyONE involve of the sale was professional except for John Vandervort. He is full of air and a very worst liar ever and hope no one will ever come across. It’s hard to comprehend why in his position he acts so unprofessional in dealing with customers and make us feel that we don’t know nothing! He acts so above people.Is it because of race?????? I hope this concern will be given much attention if Norm Reeves Honda West Covina value there returning customers.
