The Service Manager Octavio Cortez is terrible. He is rude, obnoxious and awful. Do yourself a favor and do not have your car serviced here. I know I will never be back!

FANTASTIC! I drove out of my way to this Honda because my local Honda is horrible. From my 1st interaction with Jason to the end and everyone in-between was FANTASTIC! Excellent experience. I was set to not buy another Honda because my local dealer is so horrible. But here I am still in the Honda family thanks to Norm Reeves Honda! Thanks for a fantastic experience.

Been shopping for a new Ridgeline for a couple of weeks
Been shopping for a new Ridgeline for a couple of weeks and most of the dealers in Los Angeles were playing games - low price but a bunch of adds and extras that I did not want and jack the price past the savings. Norm Reeves did none of that. No unneeded adds, warranties, etc. My sales guy was John Gomez, great guy, straight up, no xx, lies or hiding things. The deal was exactly as he promised and was quick and painless. I drove over 40 miles to buy the truck here and it was worth it!! A+++. Other Honda dealers should be ashamed compared to Norm Reeves.

On 12/13/24 I Purchased two cars at the save time from Ricardo. I spent over 70,000 combined Ricardo promised running boards in the deal. When I was leaving the dealership he told me the service department would be contacting me to schedule the installation of the boards. That night Ricardo brought the paperwork to my house for my husband to sign and he brought my car. He didn’t leave the paperwork. I had to call and go to the dealership to get the paperwork. I called for over a week and a half regarding my running boards and now he’s saying his manger didn’t see it in the deal. How dishonest and flat out lies. On Monday I went in and spoke with his manager Mr. Dave Warren he stated he’ll get to the bottom of this haven’t heard a word back. Dishonest think twice before purchasing from this dealership.
