Daughter bought terrain 3 months ago.

Daughter bought terrain 3 months ago. Went to get oil change, was told 2 tires were cupped. When she bought vechile was told 2 of 4 tires were replaced. Firestone wondered y all 4 tires weren't replaced. When I found out about this I looked and the 2 that were replaced were not paired ,the same tread design. So she has 2 different tread design tires on her vechile. As anyone knows not good for 4 wheel drive drive train. Yes I looked at tires and yes all same brand Hankook but 1 wad different tread design. NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN, AND ANYONE I KNOW (STAY AWAY)

New to me Tahoe

Working with Scott Hampe to purchase a used Tahoe. He was very professional and worked with me to get the one I was looking for with the features I wanted. He kept me informed along the way, even went and took pictures of potential vehicles, to ensure I was getting what I was looking for. He was not overly aggressive in the sale, which was much appreciated. He takes care of his customer no matter how long it takes. Highly recommend working with him. Thanks.....

Very satisfied!

At first we were disappointed, since the vehicle we wanted to look at had been loaned out to someone who was getting their vehicle repaired. That night we decided to cancel the deal and look elsewhere. So, we went back the next day and told them we decided to cancel the deal because they didn't have the vehicle we had initially wanted. They then checked and said that vehicle was now available. They then offered us that vehicle, which had less mileage on it, for the same money as the one we said we didn't want and had canceled the deal on. We test drove it and checked it out and found a problem with the automatic closer for the hatch. They promptly fixed it. We then sealed the deal. What more could you ask for. We thought our salesperson, Patrick Crane, did a great job. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, driven to satisfy us, and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks, Patrick.

My Bolt EUV journey with Bob Brown Chevrolet

With much hand holding and support we as a team managed a very long and some might say difficult, but not when working with the team at Bob Brown, process of purchasing a rather obscure car for my neighborhood. Best dealership I have worked with

By far my best truck buying experience and I buy a lot of trucks. Scott Hampe was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very honest and showed me trucks until I found the one I wanted to drive home. Every part of my experience was great from Scott, the business manager, and the gal who set the details up my truck. It was well worth the 3 hour trip to buy a truck from Bob Brown Chevy.

Great Customer Experience

Emailed a request to test drive and received immediate call back from Mike. Test drove for one hour and decided to purchase. From start to finish the entire process took less than 3 hours. It could not have gone any better. Great job from Mike and Joe. They made buying a car very easy. Thanks fellas.
